NYPD Lt Angelo Burgos signed off on it with NYPD Ed Winski's knowledge and top brass including Internal Affairs protecting a pile-up of crimes including a series of threats, falsified police reports coercion. Corp Counsel lawyers including Zachary Carter lied in legal documents again protecting all crimes, obstructing Justice yet again and protecting violations of my Civil Rights!

The Detectives in my case Det Vergona and Det Andy Dwyer, their partners, and supervisors and facebook friends NYPD PO Eugene Schatz aka Gene Schatz and Det Tommy Moran were party to the fact Verogna was lying in his DD5s and was going to verbally violently threaten me over the phone because the cowardly criminal detectives and supervisors did not have it in them to commit the crimes they committed and face me but they did use Ron Kuby's letter to pretend they dd not commit crimes and Internal Affairs has protected them along w/ top brass all party to retaliation.

I had respected the NYPD until NYPD PO Gene Schatz and his facebook friends Detective Andrew Dwyer and Det John Vergona, with their partners, and supervisors DI Ed Winski, Lt Angelo Burgos and Sgt Chen did a bait and switch downgrading their crimes and Delita HOOKS crimes to no crimes. Google Dr Fagelman assault and see Delita HOOKS in action but she wasn't done breaking laws and the NYPD detectives and supervisors joined in and did Dr Andrew Fagelman quite a favor since he did not fire his violent, manipulative attack receptionist and when a private investigator asked Dr Fagelman did you talk to the NYPD he said "no comment" aka he would implicate himself in the crimes of arranging for Delita HOOKS to walk in and commit a crime filing a false cross complaint and Dr Fagelman was party to even more crimes, Det John VERGONA was going to violently threaten me over the phone with false arrest on a Saturday 4pm only for the utmost retaliation and even fabrication of crimes which Eric Garner outlines in his own case 4 years ago....
These corrupt evil people would teach be about the real NYPD and how they break laws, do fixing and favors and all these years Internal Affairs protected these crimes along with Corp Counsel Zachary Carter lied in my case and his predecessor before him! NYPD Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly Lies to The Wall Street Journal Average NYer Furious with the NYPD



Ray Kelly is not aware of the massive amount of New Yorkers wrongfully stopped and frisked, the mass false arrests of OWS -- congrats Kelly and gang won -- they beat OWS but by breaking the laws and Cy Vance helped them!   Yippee well done Ray.  Ray is responsible for the most abuses of false arrests, stop and frisks, obscene amount of wrongful summons and tickets plenty tossed and he thinks the average New Yorker is not angry with the NYPD?

 When he says average does he mean the banksters that finance the NYPD and employ how many retired NYPD to fix and do favor for them?

Wow for the first time in too long the WSJ actually let me use my real name instead of blocking me so I added this.

I am usually blocked from posting comments on the WSJ blog so this is a first allowed to use my real name -- gee thanks.

My Father who is nearing the end of his journey is a WW2 Vet who greatly admired Ray Kelly.  I had to tell my father that Ray Kelly is in my opinion an evil  man -- a fraud part of a lawsuit where he was notified I was savagely assaulted at Dr Fagelman's.  Google Dr Fagelman assault.  You will find a YouTube with over 17,000 views and in the text portion up top is Delita Hooks false cross complaint.

Before testifying at City Hall about the 911 Tech Corruption I saw Ray Kelly exiting and handed him an older version of the Justice Card that did not have the lawsuit since I had not filed it yet. I handed it to Ray Kelly so he was directly notified just like I Fed Exed in right after the assault with a reminder for "Peace on the Streets Projet Hope" and I ended the fed ex asking why hadn't Det Vergona arrested Delita Hooks?

My Father was shocked and I told him Ray Kelly is a bad guy.  My Father and I held him in esteem but not anymore.   

This is a police commissioner that took free rides for himself and his wife on Air Bloomberg, Mike's private jet when he is not allowed to take a free cup of coffee.

I was at un upscale Italian eatery and there was a woman uniformed NYPD Sgt sitting at the bar sipping her free coffee and left not tip.   What do you expect with Ray Kelly at the helm.   Like Mike Bloomberg he seems confused on the difference between right and wrong and when is a good time to exit.

Both Ray Kelly and Mike Bloomberg will never get a job at The White House ever again.
