NYPD committed Crimes in my Case and how many other cases?

They love using Ron Kuby's letter to pretend I was not coerced and the NYPD did not commit a pile up of crimes.
The Detectives in my case Det Vergona and Det Andy Dwyer, their partners, and supervisors and facebook friends NYPD PO Eugene Schatz aka Gene Schatz and Det Tommy Moran were party to the fact Verogna was lying in his DD5s and was going to verbally violently threaten me over the phone because the cowardly criminal detectives and supervisors did not have it in them to commit the crimes they committed and face me but they did use Ron Kuby's letter to pretend they dd not commit crimes and Internal Affairs has protected them along w/ top brass all party to retaliation.

NYPD Rape Cop Pena Lawsuit Pre Rape

Just more proof NYPD have failed to scream out criminals and instead gives them a badge and a gun.  Also shows the city is guilty as sin and gets to plead not guilty and handover tax payer money - how about admitting wrongdoing?

‘Rape’ cop’s brutality suit

The boozed-up police officer accused of raping a schoolteacher in upper Manhattan last week was once slapped with a brutality suit that cost the NYPD $25,000, The Post has learned.

Michael Pena, 27, and another cop “assaulted and battered” Anthony Mosley — and performed a vicious body-cavity search that went “beyond all possible bounds of decency,” according to the 2010 lawsuit.

The attack occurred on Aug. 15, 2009, in Harlem.

“There was no admission of wrongdoing,” said NYPD spokesman Paul Browne.

Pena was indicted yesterday in last Friday’s attack on a 25-year-old teacher.

EXCLUSIVE: Lawsuits against NYPD cost taxpayers more than $1 billion over decade

Excerpt:

"The Bloomberg administration routinely dismissed the relevance of civil suits against the NYPD, even as the number of claims against the department doubled over the past decade to a record high of 9,570 filed in 2012. The suits cost taxpayers more than $1 billion dollars during that time period.

They “had a ‘see no evil, hear no evil’ attitude,” said former city Controller John Liu, whose repeated calls for analyzing lawsuits were ignored.

A months-long News review of lawsuits against the NYPD over the past decade shows that 55 officers on the 34,000-person department have been sued 10 or more times during that time period, costing taxpayers more than $6 million."

Most sued cop:

"RICHARD HARBUS FOR NEW YORK DAILY NEWS; MYEVENT.COM; DAVID WEXLER FOR NEW YORK DAILY NEWS

Detective Peter Valentin (top) and (from left) Detective Vincent Orsini, Sgt. Fritz Glemaud and Detective Warren Rohan are among the 55 NYPD cops who have been sued at least 10 times over the past decade.

They're the NYPD's most-sued cops, and Peter Valentin’s their king.

Valentin, a hard-charging Bronx narcotics detective whose online handle is “PistolPete,” has been sued a stunning 28 times since 2006 on allegations of running slash-and-burn raids that left dozens of lives in ruins while resulting in few criminal convictions.

The city has paid out $884,000 to settle cases naming the stocky, 36-year-old detective, but he doesn’t seem too concerned.

“I’m not aware of that,” he scoffed at a Daily News reporter when told of his claim to shame. “Once it goes to court, I don’t follow it.”"

NYPD IAB sued by me -- lawsuit below.

NYPD fix crime like a Las Vegas Casino.

The video below --- proof I was savagely assaulted at the MD office Dr Andrew Fagelman's employee magically not arrested or assaulted and ask Mike Bloomberg who says we have a right to be safe out on the streets why Dr Fagelman's receptionist Delita Hooks was not arrested for assault and a false cross complaint which you can read below.  Ask Ray Kelly and his puppet head of Internal Affairs in my opinion why IAB allowed Det John Vergona who coerced me a serious crime as well --- why did IAB allow him to retire and why is Ray Kelly defending his Det John Vergona for coercing me to drop charges?    http://www.scribd.com/doc/188752042/NYPD-Commissioner-Ray-Kelly-Charles-Campisi-DI-Ed-Winski-Lt-Agnes-Lt-Angelo-Burgos-IAB-Sgt-Mary-O-Donnell-Sgt-Chen-Det-Andy-Dwyer-Det-John-Ve

Too date no arrests and this summer I was turned away yet again this time from
upgrading the assault charges to 2nd degree.  Take a close look at the video.
