911 Tech Corruption Protected by NYPD Internal Affairs Bureau
Hint Mike Bloomberg, Mark Page, City Council, and Bill Thompson not John Liu allowed excessive over runs on budgets --- the 911 Tech system one billion tax dollars over budget and no criminal investigation.
Cy Vance who refused to investigate St Vincent's Hospital crooks perhaps afraid it would bring attention to Rudin acquisition ( Rudin Blood Luxury condos -- that's right no Trauma Level 1 Hospital with a rape crisis center and AIDS care is blood on the hands of the Rudin's as well as others....)
Cy Vance refused to investigate 911 Tech corruption and said there was none -- how embarrassing for
him since even Mike Bloomberg admitted John Liu's audit had merit just before he exited preventing him from a Richard Nixon like resignation on 911 and a sea of Tax payer titanics....
911 Tech ocrruption I allege is heavily protected by the NYPD not investigated.
Note Scott Stringer who can't do his own taxes and got the comptroller job via back room
deals --- the first thing he did when he got the job was remove John Liu's press release calling for a criminal investigation in to 911.
I am the 2nd 911 Whistle Blower to face threats intimidation and agreeing to false arrest -- I agreed twice although I have never been arrested and I was the victim of a savage attack but how sickening and more pieces of the puzzle --
we have a comptroller who can't do his own taxes and his benefactor pal Mike Bloomberg he helped push through an illegal third term and he and Rudin did the deal to make sure no Trauma Level 1 Hospital and Rudin Condos (St Vincent's Hospital) and the NYPD tight with Rudin as well ---
and Bloomberg, Stringer agree audit by John Liu calling for a criminal investigation is correct but no one except me is calling for a criminal investigation --- and now I got more proof the NYPD IAB is protecting 911 Tech corruption as stated in my lawsuit the NYPD is retaliating against me for being a whistle blower....

I made it clear I contacted Dept investigation over the years more than once on 911.
I made it clear that internal affairs Bureau is named in my lawsuit as part of the New York Police Department and internal affairs retaliating against me for being a whistleblower including a 911.
Mr. Peters refuse to get on the phone with me despite all this information and the secretary said I could email him using the website to get him more details.
I got the impression he's not eager to get to the bottom of this because if he is he would talk to me in my opinion.
I was told I could also tell the NYPD Inspector General about this when he begins his job.
I told his secretary about the NYPD the same Precinct arresting 911 whistleblower threatened me with false arrest same Precinct same detective squad I told the secretary hoping that she would tell him. Despite all this he would not get on the phone with me continue to have me refer to the police department.
How ironic that he knows that the police department is so corrupt that we have a new Inspector General yet he's still referring me to internal affairs Bureau who I am suing for corruption...
His secretary didn't ask me to spell my name or ask me for my phone number but in theory he may have all that and it's just same old same old.
