NYPD PO EUGENE SCHATZ ARRESTED DRUNK DRIVING OCT 2019 but until Federal Investigators make arrests for conspiring as a group to COERCE ME Illegally downgrade all crimes to zero crimes by falsifying police reports and more I don't have justice but that's a baby step in the right direction Karma baby step -- someone in my case arrested!

Delita Hooks letter in response to Ron Kuby's short hand for Suzannah Troy is being coerced -Delita Hooks letter to NYPD Detective Andrew Dwyer threatens a 2nd false cross complaint! NYPD Lt Angelo Burgos signed off on it with NYPD Ed Winski's knowledge and top brass including Internal Affairs protecting a pile-up of crimes including a series of threats, falsified police reports coercion. Corp Counsel lawyers including Zachary Carter lied in legal documents again protecting all crimes, obstructing Justice yet again and protecting violations of my Civil Rights!

The Detectives in my case Det Vergona and Det Andy Dwyer, their partners, and supervisors and facebook friends NYPD PO Eugene Schatz aka Gene Schatz and Det Tommy Moran were party to the fact Verogna was lying in his DD5s and was going to verbally violently threaten me over the phone because the cowardly criminal detectives and supervisors did not have it in them to commit the crimes they committed and face me but they did use Ron Kuby's letter to pretend they dd not commit crimes and Internal Affairs has protected them along w/ top brass all party to retaliation.

I had respected the NYPD until NYPD PO Gene Schatz and his facebook friends Detective Andrew Dwyer and Det John Vergona, with their partners, and supervisors DI Ed Winski, Lt Angelo Burgos and Sgt Chen did a bait and switch downgrading their crimes and Delita HOOKS crimes to no crimes. Google Dr Fagelman assault and see Delita HOOKS in action but she wasn't done breaking laws and the NYPD detectives and supervisors joined in and did Dr Andrew Fagelman quite a favor since he did not fire his violent, manipulative attack receptionist and when a private investigator asked Dr Fagelman did you talk to the NYPD he said "no comment" aka he would implicate himself in the crimes of arranging for Delita HOOKS to walk in and commit a crime filing a false cross complaint and Dr Fagelman was party to even more crimes, Det John VERGONA was going to violently threaten me over the phone with false arrest on a Saturday 4pm only for the utmost retaliation and even fabrication of crimes which Eric Garner outlines in his own case 4 years ago....
These corrupt evil people would teach be about the real NYPD and how they break laws, do fixing and favors and all these years Internal Affairs protected these crimes along with Corp Counsel Zachary Carter lied in my case and his predecessor before him! Suing NYPD without going thru False Arrest Got Det John Vergona DD5 Lies and Fabrications

Sue the NYPD -- if you don't have a lawyer -- you can try yourself like I did and you must file with the NYC gov comptroller within 60 days.  You can take the legal jargon from my lawsuit and make it your own.

Because I did I got even more proof via NYPD documents of lies and fabrication.

I got this from the defendants lawyer in my lawsuit and I can't thank her enough.

It proves Det John Vergona lied at least twice in this DD5 -- his notes --

HE LIED STATING I WAS UNABLE TO CONDUCT AN INTERVIEW IN PERSON.  I HAVE PHONE RECORDS AND WITNESSES PROVING HE REFUSED TO MEET ME REPEATEDLY.  DET JOHN VERGONA WILL HAVE TO COMMIT PERJURY AND LIE AGAIN BECAUSE HE KNOWS I LEFT MY DAD WHO IS NOW DEAD TO RUSH BACK TO TRY AND MEET ME AND I CALLED AGAIN FROM THE TRAIN STATION AND HE STILL REFUSED TO MEET ME.

THE VIDEO ITSELF PROVES HE LIED -- HE STATED WE TUSSLED TO THE GROUND.  I NEVER SAID THAT BECAUSE IT NEVER HAPPENED.

WHAT HE DOES NOT SAY IS WHAT I SENT HIM VIA A LINK WHICH STATES WHAT I TOLD HIM SHE ATTACKED ME.  HE STATED I HAD A RIGHT TO DEFEND MYSELF.

NO WONDER DETECTIVE JOHN VERGONA TOLD ME NOT TO CONTACT HIM OR DELITA HOOKS BECAUSE THEY BOTH VERBALLY VIOLENTLY THREATENED ME AND BOTH LIED ABOUT ME AND BOTH CAUSED ME IRREPARABLE HARM!!!!


Internal Affairs never met with me EVER to discuss this and ditto for Lt Angelo Burgos.   To date all refused to meet me to discuss anything related to coercion lies threats a false cross complaint and Lt Burgos First Precinct and Lt. Anges of the Integrity Bureau never contacted me and would not respond to my requests as if I was a Jew in Nazi Germany just like Det Vergona and of course my attacker Delita Hooks who yelled at me I have no rights.  Clearly the NYPD and IAB agree.









Internal Affairs never met with me to discuss the lies, verbal violence and Det John Vergona's refusal to meet with me. He forced me to drop charges Saturday Oct. 20, 2012 and Ron Kuby was concerned for my health and I feared even more harm would come to me so we dropped charges.  When I spoke to him Monday morning he and told him I contacted IAB he decide to write a note.  It was not exactly what I agreed to but it is powerful -- short hand for coercion.  To date the NYPD IAB have never interviewed and here is proof of lies.  I have phone records too and witnesses that can verify I tried to meet with Det Vergona and he repeatedly refused yet he lied on the  DD5 stating I couldn't met him. What a liar. He lied stating we tussled to the ground.  Truth he said I was attacked than I had a right to defend myself.  He interviewed me on via the phone on the bus. I sent him the video, photos and had my MD fax him medical records.

Thanks and gratitude to a mosaic of People all colors and backgrounds male and female who helped me obtain just a little bit of Justice via YouTube aka YouTubeland helping me break  22,000 views to shame Dr Andrew Fagelman who ignored how many yelp reviews regarding his staff and I paid the price with a hole in my retina and permanent damage to my eye and my neck.

Than I went to the NYPD and took 20 days to commit the crime of COERCION.

Coercion is a crime not a policing tool.

Internal Affair also turned out to be corrupt as well so thanks and gratitude.

I believe the NYPD via YouTube posted a comment telling me my lawsuit against them would go no where -- the same words I heard when I tried to report the savage attack.

Well the lawsuit is now past the 9 month mark so what ever the Judge rules it has gone some where and there is a Federal record of what was done to me and via their lawyer I got more incriminating evidence including NYPD DOCUMENTS which are fabrication and from NYPD officers that NEVER MET WITH ME!!!!!!!!
The NYPD prevented me from reporting an alleged HATE crime by the detective that was supposed to investigate my case Det John Vergona pre- lawsuit, also they prevented me from reporting the false cross-complaint - I have audio proof which contradicts what the New York Police Department's lawyer stated to me on the phone attempting to defend her client Sgt Chen.  I have audio of IAB Sgt Mary O'Donnell stating case closed.  FYI the case is open.  I have NYPD documents that prove Det Vergona and Lt Burgos lied about me.  Lt Burgos never even contacted me refuse to answer emails asking for BADGE numbers and I sent the email to him to Mr Kelly, Mr Esposito, Mr Campisi and Mr Ed Winski.

Lt Agnes never contacted me.  Reported my allegations unfounded and he is from "the integrity bureau. 

I have more and will get more evidence if I get subponea power. 


Before I was attacked -  note all the bags and FYI my arm was numb with 2 injections in my elbow as well as I held my phone as she repeatedly attacked me.


Det Vergona asked me why did you walk by her.  

I responded if you kept your word and went to the office as he said she would know she sits at the very front of a long closed off  desk....
