Dr Andrew Fagelman Delita Hooks Committed Crime Running Punch to Patient's Head Not Fired or Arrested
The patient was me and Delita Hooks a violent liar suckered punched me --- running in to the hall way after threatening me with bodily harm. I was so shocked I asked her to repeat herself.
She could have closed the door or even apologized but instead threw her shoes one at me and ran down the hall to punch me in the head as hard as she could -- making a hole in my left retina. She than grabbed my hair and tried to pull me down the hall yanking my hair. I finally defended myself after the punch but never put down my 2 bags, one quite heavy and my cellphone in my right hand and I had 2 numbing injections in my arm after having a cyst removed.
Delita Hooks should be arrested...you see her here in the act of beginning to repeatedly assault me and she could have closed the door. She committed a serious crime and filed a false cross complaint as well as signed a letter threatening me to her NYPD fixers at the First Precinct so explain why she has not been fired or arrested. Strings have been pulled.....
People can't believe she got away with this kind of violence towards a medical patient and was not fired. I was also threatened by the NYPD and a Joe Tacopina type or him I allege it could actually be Tacopina calling me a confrontative cunt and threatening me as well as blaming me. If it is Tacopina did he learn that kind of unethical amoral behavior and misogyny at the Brooklyn DA's office?
Det John Vergona repeatedly refused to meet me and lied openly in his DD5 about that and about the attack itself and the fact he told me I had a right to defend myself.

Det John Vergona committed the crime of COERCION and I caught Internal Affairs fixing for him and all involved including other NYPD detectives, supervisors and IAB officers.
Why would NYPD break the law and threaten me on behalf of Dr Andrew Fagelman who certainly was given fixing and favors since he did not fire Delita Hooks. My private investigator asked him did you speak to the police. He said no comment. I am alleging and or in my opinion he called someone high up in the the NYPD and asked fixing and favors and got it!
Dr Fagelman did admit to my private investigator that I am not his patient as if this some how excused Delita Hooks from repeatedly violating my patient rights and my body as well as causing damage to my eyes and my neck.
Did Dr Andrew Fagelman not learn about the Hippocratic Oath at Buffalo Medical School?

Delita Hooks signed a letter that sounds like it was ghost written by Joe Tacopina threatening me yet again to her NYPD detective fixer Detective Andy Dwyer who never ever contacted me but fixed it for the Dr Fagelman sealing Delita Hooks false cross complaint.

See the heavy bag on my should and the red back with the umbrella on my other arm -- when she attacked me they were both on my left arm. The heavy bag had a glass covered Ipad which did not shatter.
