Corp Counsel lawyers including Zachary Carter lied in legal documents again protecting all crimes, obstructing Justice yet again and protecting violations of my Civil Rights!

The Detectives in my case Det Vergona and Det Andy Dwyer, their partners, and supervisors and facebook friends NYPD PO Eugene Schatz aka Gene Schatz and Det Tommy Moran were party to the fact Verogna was lying in his DD5s and was going to verbally violently threaten me over the phone because the cowardly criminal detectives and supervisors did not have it in them to commit the crimes they committed and face me but they did use Ron Kuby's letter to pretend they dd not commit crimes and Internal Affairs has protected them along w/ top brass all party to retaliation.

I had respected the NYPD until NYPD PO Gene Schatz and his facebook friends Detective Andrew Dwyer and Det John Vergona, with their partners, and supervisors DI Ed Winski, Lt Angelo Burgos and Sgt Chen did a bait and switch downgrading their crimes and Delita HOOKS crimes to no crimes. Google Dr Fagelman assault and see Delita HOOKS in action but she wasn't done breaking laws and the NYPD detectives and supervisors joined in and did Dr Andrew Fagelman quite a favor since he did not fire his violent, manipulative attack receptionist and when a private investigator asked Dr Fagelman did you talk to the NYPD he said "no comment" aka he would implicate himself in the crimes of arranging for Delita HOOKS to walk in and commit a crime filing a false cross complaint and Dr Fagelman was party to even more crimes, Det John VERGONA was going to violently threaten me over the phone with false arrest on a Saturday 4pm only for the utmost retaliation and even fabrication of crimes which Eric Garner outlines in his own case 4 years ago....
These corrupt evil people would teach be about the real NYPD and how they break laws, do fixing and favors and all these years Internal Affairs protected these crimes along with Corp Counsel Zachary Carter lied in my case and his predecessor before him! I wasn't aware that selling untaxed cigarettes was a death penalty violation. How were the police, called to the scene of a fight, immediately able to detect that the man was selling untaxes cigarettes? Seems unlikely he was selling them as he was trying to break up a fight. We must be employing psychic cops now.

You can hear the victim state repeatedly he can't breathe but the NYPD in green shirt does not listen and appears to have a death lock around his throat.  


The NYPD interfere with good Samaratian filming making him move further away when there was no need to but he has the evidence needed to prove NYPD had this man in a death grip and did not listen to his repeated warnings that he could not breathe.  

The NYPD cannot be policed by the police other it's brutality or theft or taking gifts.  Internal affairs Bureau told me that NYPD Chief Chuck Dowd do not steal millions so he can retire and that's that over and out.  We need the new commission into the police corruption and violence which includes internal affairs who cannot police the police. 

Internal Affairs cannot police the police. Chief Reznick called  NYPD whistleblower a rat. What is Bill Bratton do nothing. If Bill Deblasio doesn't take action we must vote him out of office.  We need a new Commission into NYPD an internal affairs corruption and brutality.  

There must be a new psychological test for NYPD hiring.  This newspaper SI Live prevented me from posting a comment on NYPD Chief chuck Dowd.  You won't need to know the real story about him.  The latest Internal affairs said he didn't steal millions.  Some defense. The man was killed because he sold cigarettes for $.50 but you've top NYPD brass  taking gifts and kickbacks and now they've retired and are enjoying huge pension.  



Eric Holder's office tells you to contact the FBI and the FBI tell you to contact the DA.


I was a victim of NYPD corruption and literally a crime commited by Det John Vergona who coerced me but Internal Affairs let him walk even after he threatened me told me he did not care if I had two black eyes told me I would have to wait until Saturday to be arrested for being punched and kicked and threatened , my eyes damaged he told me heating care if I had two black eyes ...

I caught Internal Affairs fixing crime for the corrupt NYPD involved including supervisors. 

The New York Police Department and the internal there's Bureau did everything but help my attacker to murder me. 


NYPD IAB fixed my case for rich MD office get away with everything but murder. 

IAB let Det John Vergona and Lt Angelo Burgos retire and did not punish any NYPD involved including Det Andy Dwyer and his partner as well as Vergona's partner and I don't have names or badge numbers including for Sgt Chen of the first precinct detective squad. I caught IAB Sgt Mary O'Donnell lying to me and repeatedly stating case closed. IAB Lt Fikru stated the video speaks for itself but he was only investigating O'Donnell and it was clear to me that he was going to let odonnell walk.  

My attacker was and is employed by dr. Andrew Fagelman you did not fire her so they corrupt NYPD and internal affairs and pop sure did him a favor cause she committed a crime and I caught the beginning of the crime on video.
