I just called IAB and audio taped I will testify against top IAB officials in my case however many years it takes
You can hear me tell IAB that Vergona wrote down my right Eye in the DD5 but it was my left and I spoke with Detective John Vergona later in the day several times which she did not put in his log including him saying I don't care if you've two black eyes all of this is not his log he omitted an awful lot from the log because he was going to fix this crime!!!!!
Detective John Vergona didn't know which Eye --- I said meet me I called him repeatedly when I got back into New York that day I said I just left my Dad, I'm here in New York now can I come down and show you my eye he refused to meet (not in his log along with him threatening me with false arrest not in the lock along with him refusing to answer is he anti Semitic and his refusal to explain why have to wait four days to be false arrested - Vergona Leitem police reports and lied by omission leaving out an awful lot because he was going to fix this.
Vergona told me I don't care if you've two black eyes -- he did not understand which I was punched and he did not want to meet me in person to see my I my arm and I told internal affairs that CCRB is considering taking back my case I put it in writing as instructed and I included the orhers Angelo Burgos , Sgt Chen as well as detective Andy Dwyer whose name I did not have at the time because he never contacted me...
I was told by CCRB if they take my case back in the office is a retired it will still be a record.
I think of Eric Garner and his lawsuit seven years ago and in the face of NYPD internal affairs and DA corruption all we can do right now is leave a record and so we get a new commission into police internal affairs and DA corruption and and so we can testify in front of the U.S. Senate to get federal laws changed.
I made it clear this morning to internal fares I'm coming after their top officers involved in my case I will testify against him no matter how many years it takes I will testify they won't be laughing anymore when I testify. They have the video they have the medical reports they have my tackers false cross-complaint they have a letter Sgt. Mary O'Donnell read me that my attacker sign threatening me so they're in trouble and they don't seem to care now but when I get in front of a commission and it can take years they make care than???
I also understand I could be false arrested at any time and I could also be murdered what they call an accident.
CCRB gave my case to internal affairs because they believed it was possible criminal action by the NYPD but I warn CCRB internal affairs would fix it and allow Det John Vergona to retire which is what they did.
I pointed out when I sued the defense attorney for the NYPD wasn't thinking and gave me police reports where they lied and I now have them.

I said you can laugh your ass off at me now I said not you you're nice man but your bosses who don't want me to have their names but they won't be laughing when I testify against them
in front of the new commission into police internal affairs in DA corruption and yes the DA could've done something and they didn't.
I will testify in front of the U.S. Senate committee and a new commission I don't care I'm 70 years old but your bosses won't be laughing anymore.
