I am in appeallate court and the lawyer for Det John Vergona in appellate John Popolow in writing conceded his client was rude Mr. Popolow’s tele number is ............. You can ask him for a copy of his statement in his motion to dismiss my case. He would not meet with me — he didn’t even want to talk with me on the phone but he did. I told him I was attacked — sent him photos, video, and had my MD fax him medical reports.

LT Burgos lied — I was not uncooperative — the NYPD refused to meet with me and lied about it repeatedly

ERIC GARNER’S PRO SE CASE — MAYBE IF THE JUDGE, THE PRO SE OFFICE OR ONE GOV AGENCY OR RAY KELLY HAS TAKEN A GOOD LOOK AS HIS CASE AND OTHERS — HE WOULD BE ALIVE AND I WORRY ABOUT MY SAFETY AS WELL.
