Kelly added more employees like we have more systems in place for the 911 tech system 2 billion plus tax dollars and the corrupt 911 tech system does not work properly.  

NYPD and IAB are corrupt and if you want to report IAB corruption you have to report it to IAB.

Anyone who uses the term "Inspector General" does not know what they are talking about.

The Wall St Journal published my letter "Betrayal at Ground Zero' and The NY Times a letter asking for  sizeable raise for the NYPD and FDNY after 9-11 and now I have my first lawsuit and in it I tell you CCRB -- that is the civilian complaint review board, IAB that is Internal Affairs Bureau and NYC's Gov Commission to Combat Police Corruption are either inept or corrupt or both.

Here is the video proving without a doubt I was violently attacked by Dr Andrew Fagelman's receptionist who is also his office manager named Delita Hooks although I dubbed her the Jodi Arais of medical reception desks the NYPD helped get away with everything but murder.

Google YouTube Removes Age Restriction on Dr Fagelman Delita Hooks Menaced me Gave me the finger and punched me the eye YouTube  (Delita Hooks also threatened me with bodily harm when she could have closed the door, scratched me, ripped out an earring, my hair and tried kicking me in the groin but her barefoot only made contact with my vaginal area with out hurting me but not fired or arrested and now the adult rating has been lifted let's see if I can't get more views to break 20,000.


The Dr Fagelman Delita Hooks his  receptionist office manager violently attacking me I told Google YouTube that age rating it was also a human rights violation as well as censorship and all my work political so they were censoring political actions by me while their Ad Sense company was and is using ads like this...

I feel conflicted because it was amazing to me that someone reported this YouTube for violence so no one under 18 could watch the video and yet teenagers could have witnessed this crime and walk in to that doctor's office for all I know and too date the Jodi Arias a violent liar Delita Hooks who got away with everything but murder thanks to corrupt NYPD has yet to be fired as well as arrested for assault and a false cross complaint as well as possible witness tampering and  possible aggravated harassment.

I want to cry it has been so long.

My Justice cards tell People the video of Delita Hooks punching me was age rated for violence and now today it is no longer rated for violence so I have yet another chance to push this video viral.

After 9-11 I had a letter published in The New York Times asking for a sizable raise for the NYPD and FDNY.  Now I am calling for a permanent outside Commission in to the NYPD who most New Yorkers, me included believe are out of control from Stop and Frisk to fixing crime.

Mayor Bloomberg and Ray Kelly think "denial" is a river in Egypt so next lesson for these two "deniers" is the Adrian Schoolcraft trial this September, the closet thing we have to a Commission until we get a new mayor.

I called up the retired Honorable Judge Mollen and asked him who do we get a commission in to investigate the NYPD.  He told me I need a mayor to appoint someone which is how we got the Mollen Commission.

The NYPD legal team served Frank Serpico a subpoena regarding documents and comments he made as a supporter of Adrian Schoolcraft  so I say NYPD legal stopped and frisked Serpico!  Serpico has nothing to hide and is an international icon  fighting police corruption!

Seems like the NYPD need a new commission every 2 years.

Who do you call when you want to make a complaint against IAB?

Mayor Bloomberg, City require you call IAB!!!!  In my case I believe IAB involved and it will take a new police commissioner and new chief of IAB with complete re-structuring of NYPD and IAB plus a new commission to get Justice and in my case Delita Hooks arrested for assault and a false cross complaint as well as NYPD and IAB punished. IAB in my opinion not seriously investigating and a clue IAB allowed Lt Angelo Burgos retire when IAB continues to say my case is open but this indicates to me case closed as IAB sgt caught saying on audio so in my opinion IAB says case open translates in to finding away to fix it for all involved civilians, NYPD and IAB.
