The New York Times article makes it clear that NYC Gov spends a fortune mega millions on Internal Affairs and yet the Police cannot police the police.   Read the article -- it is damning.

I lodged yet another complaint against Internal Affairs after I learned they let Det. John Vergona and his supervisor Lt. Burgos retire as well as Lt. Agnes of the -- try not to laugh" the integrity bureau which told me Lt Agnes has no supervisor!

Today I called and said unlike the NYPD and Internal Affairs I did not understand until this past Friday that Det John Vergona commited a crime coercing me the victim of a violent crime in to dropping charges against Delita Hooks.

I told the NYPD IAB officer who is really just like a 311 operator -- paid big bucks to answer the call and take the message and this guy is better than average but I told him

I caught Internal Affairs with their pants down.

You let Det John Vergona retire knowing full well he coerced me -- that he commited a crime so who do I report that to...that IAB is directly involved, bosses at IAB in this.

I want Vergona arrested for coercing me to drop charges and I want all NYPD involved to be punished and Delita Hooks to be arrested for a false cross complaint.

I was told my complaint from last week was open but I said again I have caught IAB with their pants down because all of my complaints against IAB required that IAB contact me within 90 days and they never did except for one.

I have never been contacted by IAB who let Det John Vergona who commited a serious crime and I caught him -- he coerced me to drop charges and I have proof.

Why would I drop the charges with the video that now has 15,325 views?

I caught Internal Affairs Bureau with their pants down fixing a violent crime at Dr. Andrew Fagelman's office and fixing Det John Vergona committing a crime coercing me to drop charges and than IAB let him retire!  A key player in allowing Vergona to retire was Lt. Agnes in my opinion also a corrupt evil man who would not return my calls and did not take my threat of reaching out to the Feds seriously.

Well now Agnes has been served with a lawsuit and even the fact IAB gave this to him proves IAB didn't take this seriously and or gave it to him to fix close.....I have Lt. Mary O'Donnell refuse to her caught on audio recorded with her permission refusing to even entertain the idea I was coerced she says you got a top criminal attorney and dropped the charges "CASE CLOSED".

I implied she was corrupt as well because WHY would I drop the charges with the video proof, medical records and photos before and after....

I also told the IAB caller I will never let go.  I have already subponea the IAB file on me and I want all the names of every IAB officer involved in fixing this including letting Det John Vergona required because Friday I finally got it -- a light bulb went off in my head......  I finally got it that Det John Vergona commited a crime coercing me and IAB fixed that crime.

I told them even if the guys that fixed this in IAB retire I will never let this go.   I will testify against them in front of a new Commission in to NYPD corruption and I will start by reporting all of this to the NYPD Inspector General next year.

IAB is so corrupt in my opinion they don't care but either did Lt. Agnes who never returned my calls.

I wonder if Lt. Agnes regrets not actually investigating my allegations?  Does Lt. Burgos regret not answering my emails and giving me their badge numbers and or looking in to why did Vergona fix this crime and coerce me in to dropping charges.

Ron Kuby told me Det John Vergona wanted to punish me.   If IAB takes not of Kuby than IAB might want to investigate why Vergona wanted to punish me and why he insisted I wait 4 days to be false arrested.

I ask IAB 11 months did Det Vergona and associates contacted Delita Hooks to turn herself in when I agreed to be false arrested twice.  My guess is no because they gave her special treatment meeting her and not me so the fix was in but COERCION IS A CRIME AND NOW I UNDERSTAND FULLY I CAUGHT INTERNAL AFFAIRS IN FIXIG A CRIME FOR A DIRTY COP DET JOHN VERGONA WHO COERCED ME IN TO DROPPING CHARGES.

IAB CAUGHT WITH THEIR PAINTS DOWN FIXING A VIOLENT CRIME AT A MEDICAL OFFICE AND ALSO FIXING A CRIME COMMITED BY DET JOHN VERGONA.

Wright who as Delita Hooks verbal assault which started from behind a closed off reception desk escalated to as seen on the video "I will slap the crap out of you."  She lied going much further as did IAB Capt Wright so where is he today?   I wasn't Delita Hooks lover.  I was a patient that had $430 medical care and my arm was numb from 2 injections in to my elbow, 2 bags one heavy with an ipad on my left shoulder and my right hand I held my phone and I NEVER put down my bags and phone as she whaled away at me with an open hand, than a running punch to my eye, than grabbing my hair, ripping and pulling wrenching my hair and refusing to let go after I used her momentum grabbing her hair to get her to the ground trying to get her off my body and she further repeatedly violated my body putting her barefoot against my vaginal area.
