Ray Kelly would act outraged when countless cops were caught raping women, stealing even from other cops including guns, bulletproof vests and even an iPad, NYPD stealing from drug dealers, NYPD trafficking guns and drugs yet he never suggested changing the psychological evaluation that was supposed to weed out criminals not give them badges and guns and no one except me is calling for new commission into police corruption.
The FBI treats the NYPD Ray and Bill like Madoff and it's going to come back to haunt everyone.

It did come back to haunt them and Ray Kelly and Bill Bratton will be forever inscribded in history as overseeing one of the corrupt largesr funded police departments history including the 911 tech system which will really evolve into the biggest scandal perhaps in New York City government history.
The NYPD crushed occupy Wall Street like a military army without a Timeneman Square death toll but the
NYPD did violate their oath to uphold the Constitution and NYPD systematically and repeatedly violated the United States Constitution.
In terms of strategies the NYPD were quite clever and successful crushing OWS (banks own NYPD IAB and DA) but in terms of the US Constitution the NYPD were criminal. The Manhattan DA set up a special part of their office just to intimidate and manipulate occupy Wall Street protesters into not fighting their cases in court because their cases would be tied up for a really long time and despite innocence defending oneself takes money and they were afraid they could end up in jail because Our (in)justice system is a crapshoot unless you're rich or politically connected. ( Ask Steve Rattner and Dave Patterson accidental gov., Charles Hynes, Dan Donovan Vito Lopez - that charade a stand out. What about Queens DA Richard Brown refusing to put Adrian Schoolcraft kidnappers NYPD Chief Marino and than Capt Mauriello in front of a grand jury?

So far City Council, department of investigations continue to fail us so it will take more tragedies to expose the corruption of 911 , mayor Bloomberg 's largest tech titanic. When the real story breaks it will be something for the history books that Ray Kelly and his wife are taking free rides from the mayor on his private jet. I'm trying to find out if he took gifts of any type as board member of FirstNet. How could an actual police officer had of technology employed by the city New York also sit on a board. How often did he fly out somewhere to attend meetings and if he did was he given free hotel rooms, golfing, massages, freebies?
Wake Kelly when he was an active police commissioner was taking free rides on Mayor Bloomberg's jet along with his wife.

I also quarter Retired NYPD commander trying to fix a parking ticket in front of me for Bill Rudin. This occurred in front of St. Vincent Hospital being made over into Rudin greed condo. Note there's still no criminal investigation into 911 tech corruption and St. Vincent Hospital Crooks by the DA but the DA worked with the NYPD for the largest arrest of protesters ever in New York City history exceeding the Republican convention.

Because I'm out on the street every day talking to people of every color background it's clear that New Yorkers overwhelmingly believe at the New York Police Department is corrupt and that internal affairs cannot police the police. Everyone I talk to each day confirms they believe internal affairs is corrupt as well as protects the police Dept.
Sue Herman doesn't want to talk to me she says that what happened to me is for the police to investigate yet the police are not investigating it there continue under Bill Bratton to cover up corruption in the proof is there are no arrests.
Everyone agrees I was attacked and I sustained serious and permanent injury including to my eyes and there's no arrest.
There's no way I would drop those charges except that I was coerced and I wasn't up to the weekend in jail with a cop that was verbally violent and threatening to me.
In two years both Ray Kelly and Bill Bratton's internal affairs has never talk to me and interviewed me about the fact I was coerced.
Sue Herman won't talk to me but I've talk to thousands of New Yorkers. Bill Bratton and Sue Herman say they want to build bridges but the name of the program says it all.
Collobrative Policing meaning the police department is one big collaborative corrupt group and every agency that supposed to police them as part of collaborative corruption.

We need a new commission into NYPD police corruption and even help the DA works with the police to protect police corruption as well as CCRB and the commission to combat police corruption.
I don't know when we're going to get it but it is going to happen eventually and we need to look into the NYPD retired cops as well contractors and lobbyist and consultants and their role in my opinion and abusing their power and possibly ripping off tax payers and definitely doing fixing and favors as well's taking gifts in my opinion.
Ray Kelly and Bill Bratton taught me we need a permanent outside monitor for the New York Police Department and also for any and all contracts the New York City and the NYPD are negotiating because I do not believe NYPD Chief Chuck Dowd started a trend in taking gifts.
Ray Kelly and Bill Bratton think that they are getting away with police corruption and internal affairs covering up for police corruption instead of investigating it but I promise you history will remember what they've done including to me.
