I got the response to my appeal from corporate counsel  and it woukd be laughable if it wasn't tragic.   The NYPD and Internal Affairs lied in police reports.  I went back and looked at the police reports their defense attorney submitted last night.   A response to Corp Counsel is coming.


And the public member for the NYPD that I spoke with the only member of the police department to actually meet with me because everyone else refused to but they met with my attacker how's that for fair and equal treatment -- it wasn't fair it was a violation of my 14th amendment right but the public member wrote the truth and he got my left eye in the report, a report detective Vergona and his supervisors had to read but Det Vergona pretended that I wasn't attacked that he never told me I had a right to defend myself.    My attacker Delita Hooks walked in to the First Precinct 2 days after me and commited the crime of a false cross complaint and was treated like royalty getting a visit at the beginning of the scene of the crime Delita's long closed off reception desk while the NYPD detectives she spoke to never contacted me along with their supervisors who all lied about me and Det John Vergona lied and fabricated police reports and refused to meet me.  How's that for violating my 14th amendment rights?

Zachary Carter was suppose to improve corp counsel?  He is protecting NYPD IAB crimes lying and violations of my Constitutional rights.

I have audio of  PO Migori turning me away as instructed by Sgt Chen. The NYPD are not allowed to turn you away and I was turned away.


Their defense attorney gave me less than a limited amount of police reports but 2 pages which clearly say I was attacked but I backed away that she punched me to close fist punched to eye but when we get to Det Vergona's  he acknowledges the video and says I wasn't attaxked and we both fell to the ground which never happened.

It's startling to me that the 14-year-old with her grandmother got on an airplane to escape to Jamaica when I told the DA that was my concern but apparently because my politics this blog and I dared to speak up the Manhattan DA so corrupt that I caught him in lies I have audio on paperwork and my attacker still not been arrested for second-degree assault of false cross-complaint in a letter she sign threatening me yet again to her NYPD fixers.   The Manhattan DA so corrupt they protected the police that threatened me and lied in  police reports and committed the crime of coercion as well as internal affairs he fixed it.

Racism Misogyny DumbCuntLives Matter Against me defending Blacks Poetic Justice Dr Andrew Fagelman's Black Receptionist Assaulted me #NYPD IAB Fixed? Twitter comment 

He acknowledges I was assaulted which is obvious to a moron but that means he and you and everyone knows that the NYPD Internal Affairs coerced me and fixed from police to internal affairs to Manhattan DA because my politics, retaliation against me not poetic but corruption systemic.  The NYPD General, CCRB  the civilian complaint review board and the Commission to Combat police corruption all forwarded my case as in pass the corruption buck  to Internal Affairs like the DA corrupt as in the fix is in. 

I continue to request a Special Prosecutor for my case and other cases where it seems clear DA, NYPD and IAB guilty either of crimes or an accessory to crimes by covering up including for NYPD in my case coercion, witness tampering, threatening a victim etc.  we truly need a New Commission in to NYPD IAB DA corruption.

Bill Bratton Ray Kelly Liars?

Manhattan: Shame on Harry Siegel (“The top cop finds the sweet spot,” column, March 26) and the Daily News (“A kinder NYPD,” editorial) for swallowing whole the plate of goodies served up by NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton when he claims that his department is reducing the number of punitive interactions that its officers have with people of color in our city.

Good journalism should involve checking with groups like the Police Reform Organizing Project that monitor police practices on the ground. Our representatives regularly visit the arraignment parts of the city’s criminal courts to observe and record the general proceedings — specifically who cops arrest and on what charges. Since last summer, we have seen 801 cases, with 753 involving people of color. Among the most common charges for which the defendants have been cuffed and confined: having an open alcohol container, being in a park after dusk, riding a bike on the sidewalk and begging.

Despite Bratton’s sweet talk, the reality is that the NYPD’s “broken windows” law-enforcement approach is marked by blatantly discriminatory tactics that continue every day to target African-American New Yorkers who engage in low-level infractions that many people see as innocuous. A related truth is that the kinds of activities that people of color get arrested and ticketed for in our city have been virtually decriminalized in prosperous white communities.

Next time The News speaks with Bratton, hopefully you will do more to fulfull your journalistic responsibility and challenge his claims with hard facts about the NYPD’s harsh and unjust actions. Robert Gangi
