Sgt. Diaz “implicitly acknowledged” that she knew the $310,000 was obtained illegally when she paid back just over half of it, Vance said in his court filing.

Det Andy Dwyer has never met me or called me.  His partner in my opinion in crime Det John Vergona has never met me and I would like these NYPD detectives and the women in this video that lied about me if in fact they did the women in the video below not knowing there was a video all charged with accessories to a violent crime but it is  9 months 6 days now and all involved (including IAB) for all I know are trying to figure out how to fix this like they fixed me being violently assaulted.

It took me  over 9 months and 6 days until 3:46Pm today to learn the Det I called "Delita Hooks' special Detective Andy Dwyer --- to learn his name and the spelling!  I just learned it so I am in shock.

I handed Commissioner Ray Kelly my Justice Card as he exited the gates of City Hall.  He took it and I told him sorry I will be suing you.

What about NYD supervisors and corrupt cops that make violent crimes vanish from stats and fix crimes?

 Ask commissioner Ray Kelly who I immediately contacted shortly after the assault because I could not understand why Delita Hooks wasn't arrested yet as well as DI Ed Winski, Lt. Angelo Burgos and Sgt Chen who agreed to allow me to come in report Dr. Fagelman's receptionist Delita Hooks filed a false cross complaint but when I came in Sgt. Chen had me turned away.

Me being assaulted at Dr. Fagelman's never happened according to DI Ed Winski and the First Precinct's statistical report and Sgt. Chen practically laughed on the phone -- oh you were the one assaulted at the doctor's office.   Misogyny and violence by women against women is highly entertaining I gather as is fixing crimes and everyone from the woman who assaulted and the cops fixing the violent crime seem confident.   IAB has this as an open case 9 months after the assault still no arrest....

Delita hooks told me I had no rights yet she told corrupt cops it was an equal  mutual assault and NYPD commissioner Delita Hooks got the NYPD to take an assault and false cross complaint by her to go away even getting Det John Vergona to threaten me with false inprisionment -- a 4 day delay to be arrested until Saturday refusing to answer why arrest the Jew on the Sabbath?  Are I anti-Semitic?

The goal to make this go away for the md Dr Fagelman I believe called NYPD 1-800 fix for me possible IAB involved fixing it as no arrest of Delita Hooks.

Still in shock -- I have to have my vision monitored because the hole Delita Hooks made in my retina.   I can't believe Delita Hooks filled with hatred said to me a patient I have no rights but gets the NYPD to act like her puppets selling her lies and aiding her in the most violent assault of a patient at a doctor's office by a receptionist office manager on record but the NYPD fixed even that.

The only thing worse is sexually assaults  and I guess her barefoot against my vaginal does not count as a sexual assault because it was meant to be a kick?  

Dr. Andrew Fagelman's receptionist violated my body every way she could possible after I told her don't touch me after she started hitting me  and she violated my patient rights and my patient privacy but thanks to help from the NYPD she is still sitting at Dr. Fagelman's front desk which is where she returned to immediately after this violent assault.

My MD that shared the office Dr Vine demanded Delita Hooks be fired but Dr. Fagelman refused.   Did he call 1800 NYPD fix it?  Watch the video and see for yourself proof the NYPD fixed a violent crime and fixed their stats and The New York Times reporter Joseph Goldstein knows about what happened to me.

The NYPD cops that fixed Dr. Andrew Fagelman's violent assault of me 9 months ago today were not black but mostly white and at least one supervisor Asian American.    Note Ed Winski was the commander of the Precinct than.

You have to sign in with a gmail proving you are 18 years or older to see Dr. Andrew Fagelman's receptionist office manager Delita Hooks violently assault me so filled with hatred and rage she tells me first before I started filming that I have no rights, who am I?  I rate as someone who has no rights that she can get between the door and violently give me the finger and than walk away confident she could get away with it.

Delita Hooks had provoked me first to seek help from Dr. Vine and sadly Dr Vine was already in with another patient and than Delita Hooks provoked me to start filming to document her violent unprofessional behavior but FYI Delita Hooks is so deranged a Jodi Arias of reception a camera pointed at her motivated her to be even more violent and Delita Hooks was and is confident she can get away with making a hole in my retina in my eye, and hurt my neck, but her barefoot up against my vaginal area and the NYPD will help her get away with everything but murder.

Ask Commish Kelly for a comment on that and why I once a supporter of the NYPD now say NYPD stats are like a Las Vegas Casino, the fix is in.

Ask Det John Vergona and Sgt Chen why they fixed this violent crime and they weren't alone.  No guns required and the NYPD got away with murder along with Dr. Fagelman's office who were confident they could lie to the NYPD despite a this video.

Go to YouTube and search Dr. Fagelman assault to watch copies of the videos that haven't been blocked which leads me to believe steps were taken to slow down this video that exposes Dr. Andrew Fagelman, an internist at 155 Spring St who did not fire Delita Hooks and who when asked by a private investigator did you speak o the NYPD, Dr Fagelman said no.

Corrupt Det Vergona in my opinion a corrupt dirt bag told me no MD's would be interviewed because they did not witness the assault.  Det John Vergona told me he did not care if I had 2 black eyes.

Det. John Vergona never went over to the medical office as he said he would via phone and email.

Det John Vergona refused to meet me and coerced and threatened me in to dropping charges.

The first legal action is coming soon very soon a law suit which is a must read.

9 months after a violent assault no guns required in a medical office in Soho Internal Affairs still has this as an open case but are they taking the time to figure out away to close this case?

Delita Hooks must be arrested for assault and filing a false cross complaint.

Are the women in the video that lied to the NYPD on her behalf if in fact they did -- they certainly did not call 911 for me, are they also accessories?  If in fact people connected to Delita Hooks and Dr Fagelman have been harassing me on my YouTube channel blaming me for Delita Hooks indefensible attack is Delita Hooks also guilty of aggravated harassment and are all involved in witness tampering?

Internal Affairs in not investigating that so who is?  IAB trying how to make this case exposing NYPD corruption go away --- a violent assault that never showed up on NYPD stats and IAB trying to keep it that way to protect the "NYPD brand" which is more than tarnished.
