I still believe there are some good NYPD out there but not many sad to say because where are they?

They did not go to IAB on my behalf and I went to the Internal Affairs Bureau and it is one year and 20 days and IAB got the case 1 year ago and I know they have seen the video, my medical records and Delita Hooks false cross complaint.  They let Det John Vergona retired and they sent his crime of coercion to the Integrity Bureau and Lt. Agnes refused to contact me and interview me.   He said my allegations unfounded.

He wasn't alone -- I have audio of Internal Affairs Sgt Mary O'Donnell refusing to listen to me and stating case close.  She references Ron Kuby's letter and it wasn't exactly what I agreed to but when I got the City's Motion to dismiss greatly moved to actually read it.

He wrote I agree to drop the charges against my attacker if she drops her charges against me.

Well he left out "her alleged" charges but he did good.

Any person with half a brain would ask why would I drop the charges against my attacker?

Why would a famed criminal lawyer write a letter with the word "ATTACKER" if not to send a message but the NYPD and IAB where committed to covering up Det John Vergona's crime of coercion and Delita Hooks crime of assault and false criminal report also a serious crime.

 I caught the NYPD and Internal Affairs fixing for Dr Andrew Fagelman’s office and also retaliating against me for being a whistle blower. I was savagely assaulted at the MD’s office and Dr Andrew Fagelman’s receptionist office manager lied and said I attacked her despite video clearly showing her threatening me with bodily harm, repeatedly assaulting me and the camera goes black when she lands a running punch as I back away to my left eye making a hole in my retina.

Almost 1 year to the day I got the case re-opened not that the NYPD notified me -- I found out by sheer luck and courage walking in to the First Precinct.  (not the the blog post WSJ)


I just succeeded in getting the NYPD to re-open the case — finding out by accident when I went to the 01 Precinct to report Delita Hooks assaulted in me in the 2nd degree since they coerced me in to dropping charges assault in the third degree.

I was told by Lt. Hendricks that I could not report assault in the 2nd degree after he checked with the corrupt detective squad that fixed me (meant to write fixed the assault)  the assault and a false cross complaint by Dr Andrew Fagelman’s employee who Dr F did not fire but the case was open. They won’t talk to me because I am suing them.

I wrote Commissioner Kelly and the head of IAB Charles Campisi via their lawyer /////////////////   my case must be moved out of the 01 Det Squad’s hands because I have evidence they fixed this case. I am one of how many people victims of NYPD abuse, like the innocent People wrongly stopped and frisked that the NYPD sent a message don’t trust us; don’t come forward and report crime so than Kelly comes back and says crime is down.

Bill De Blasio must get a new Commission in to NYPD and IAB corruption and I want to be one of many who will testify with damning evidence.

I know from handing out my Justice Cards the anger towards the NYPD and Internal Affairs is high and rising.  

I understand now Ray Kelly is a sick man who like Bloomberg won't take responsibility for NYPD corruption but he and his wife take free rides.  

I have not served Det John Vergona but the City won't represent him so let's see if the Judge and the City will help me to get him served.

Unless we get a terror attack the Public Rage is so strong against Ray Kelly and the NYPD we will have a new police Commissioner and a new chief of IAB so I will bring my case to them and ask that Delita Hooks be arrested for assault and a false cross complaint and the police involved are punished including the arrest of John Vergona for coercion. 

If chief Banks gets the commissioner job I fear he is just a Kelly puppet who will protect corrupt cops the way Kelly emboldened how many including the NYPD and IAB involved.
