NYPD IAB Corruption DD5 Det John Vergona oct 4

Oct 4, 2012 fabrications lies omissions.

He left out he said I had a right to defend myself and I did.  

He lies and said we tussled to the ground. 

We did not. I was standing the entire time arm numb, holding bags and I phone. 

He left out all the calls oct 4 and I have phone records.  Verbal abuse I don't care if you have two black eyes not in DD5 making me hold 10 min as cruel misogynust abuse and more Oct 4 not in DD5.  

DD5 have no records of Det Vergona refusing to meet with me to see the damage to my eye.   He had questions and even put his partner on the phone to mock me. Not in DD5 he repeatedly refused Oct 4 and I left me Father who is now DEAD to rush back to nyc.  Called from Penn Station again refused.  

Lt Agnes his notes his lawyer presents in opp to dismiss further incriminate the NYPD.   

Don't forget Det Andy Dwyer and IAB sgt Mary O'Donnell  -- O'Donnell said she would mail back my notes and did not and she knew she mislead me and I spelled Andy Drier not Dwyer.   She was protecting him.

Reminds me of the NYPD Det First Precinct det squad a woman pals with Det John Vergona who would hang up. Cant you get the NYPD to grow up and not hang up like they are big babies? Delita Hooks false cross complaint, the lawsuit, my opposition to the City dismissing my case and my letter to Eric Holder asking for an Outside Monitor in to the NYPD because the police can't police the police or they won't is in the "about" section of the YouTube.

NYPD Sgt Chen said "You were the one assaulted at the doctor's office" and he sounded like he was trying to hold back laughter.  He finally agreed I could come in and report the false cross complaint and I have the phone records of the call and when I walk in listen to what happens.  His lawyer tells a different story than the audio recording and his lawyer said case closed so I walked over to the Precinct first telling the Judge and the lawyer for the defendants I was going to report Delita Hooks assaulted me in the 2nd degree since the corrupt NYPD say there was no assault and the case is open but now the NYPD feels they can turn me away because of the lawsuit.

I am asking the NYPD to not use the lawsuit as an excuse because lawyers tell me they can make arrests even when I am suing the NYPD but the NYPD says they won't do anything while I am suing so what was their excuse for repeatedly turning me away, meeting with my attacker not me, both sets of detectives speaking with my attacker and I only learned Delita Hooks special fixer NYPD det what half a year after they coerce me and seal Delita Hooks false cross complaint and listen to Mary O'Donnel IAB Sgt who says case close because of Ron Kuby's letter.  She is no Sherlock Holmes or Agatha Christie but in my opinion a liar.  She lied and said she would mail me back my notes and she didn't. My notes she saw I spelled Det Andy Dwyer "Drier" and she did no correct me.

Lt Fikru IAB said "the video speaks for itself" but he only is investigating O'Donnell and in my opinion they let her walk because Fikru wouldn't return my calls after we met.  IAB in my opinion as corrupt and reminder IAB Sgt or Lt tipped off the PBA on the Ramos case arrests coming.....




At the end I say I agree to drop the allege charges but I meant to say the fax says I agree to drop the charges if the receptionist drops the ALLEGED charges.

Now that I am suing I saw the actual letter because the NYPD lawyer shared it -- I agree to drop the charges against my ATTACKER if my ATTACKER drops the charges.  That is short hand for coercion and for an honest IAB officer that is even more proof I was coerced 19 days after I was attacked coerced to drop charges Saturday and when Ron Kuby learned I contacted CCRB and IAB he wrote the letter 2 days later on Monday.

I called one police plaza at 6am to speak to police commissioner Bratton's office to make it clear Mr Bratton ignoring me reporting 2nd degree assault, false cross complaint by Dr Fagelman's Delita Hooks, coercion, sealing her false cross complaint in under a year, Det Vergona threatening me will mean a lawsuit against him all top brass and I will testify in front of a New Commission in to NYPD and IAB that Mr Bratton violated my First Amendment rights not by gagging me but by putting his fingers in his ears.

I got hung up on.  I identified myself and my phone number shows up on their recognition device so he knows who I am but the scary cat who answered "operations" hung up on me.  How is that for compassion policing.  Did Dr Andrew Fagelman call 1-800- NYPD fix it for me? 

Mr Bratton is this compassionate policing?  Oh you meant only certain people not All People are entitled to compassionate policing?  That would be a violation of my 14th amendment.  The police can not investigate crime if they chose to but they aren't allowed to prevent you from reporting crime. The NYPD are obligated to investigate police corruption and so far in my case they are fixing crime and I was told the NYPD are using the lawsuit as an excuse yet again to not take action. The NYPD Shares the Blame of the NY Post’s Character Assassination of Stark

Brooklyn was abuzz Sunday. Elected officials voiced their disgust with the disgraceful NY Post coverage of Menachem Stark’s murder. The internet was awake, twitter was fuming, and all fire was directed at the New York Post editors and advertisers.

But did anyone pay attention, where did Larry Celona – one of the lead reporters in the despicable cover story – get his information from?

According to sources with knowledge of the NY Post newsroom, Larry Celona is the go-to-guy with any news related to the NYPD.  He has the best contacts with the high ranking officials in the NYPD, and he compiled all the garbage and slander from the “law-enforcement sources” or “investigators, speaking on condition of anonymity”. In this case an unusual amount, 4 or 5 law enforcement sources are named in this article, in such a short time frame.

Yes, this is the same Larry Celona that goofed up with the NY Post Boston bombing story, this same reporter that rushes to report stuff (Like 12 dead in Boston bombing, or FBI questioning Saudi national in Boston bombing) without vetting the information and confirming it.

But the Bigger question is: Is this what we deserve from New York City’s men in uniform, whose slogan is Courtesy, Professionalism, and Respect?

Courtesy to whom, what kind of Professionalism is this? For investigators on a job to release such derogatory statements against a victim of such a heinous crime! Respect for whom, maybe for a grieving family, for a mourning community or for some fame hungry “Urinal-ists?”

How else would a tabloid find out about a sealed arrest if not from some rats in the Police Department? and why didn’t the same rat tell him why it was sealed? because the alleged victim said Stark was innocent and refused to sign a supporting affidavit, and the Manhattan prosecutors later dropped the charge.

But what is even worse, sources say that this information was intentionally and systematically released to the NY Post by these “investigators speaking on condition of anonymity” in order to deflect some of the pressure from them to make an arrest. As part of the mission, these investigators went and smeared the character of Menachem Stark, painted him as a shady mobster, that every second person on the street would want him dead, so the investigators can claim that there are too many people of interest, to be able to make an immediate arrest.

Where is the new police commissioner Bill Bratton condemning these heinous outrageous leaks from within his department? Where is the mayor demanding action to punish those responsible for this atrocity?

At the press conference yesterday, a reporter asked Borough President Eric Adams about these NYPD leaks. Instead of addressing the issue, Mr. Adams blamed the leaks on the old administration, promising that the new Police Commissioner will crack down on leaks like these.

It’s a nice line! How about the commissioner should start right now, issue a statement to condemn these leaks and take immediate action by conducting an internal investigation on who was responsible for it? Maybe this should be his first step to send the right message to avoid these kinds of leaks in the future.

As long as this won’t happen, the NYPD shares the blame as accomplices to the NY Post in this reprehensible report, which is an insult to this grieving family and the community.

Charles Campisi is named in so many lawsuits including mine and Ray Kelly shunted mega bucks to IAB who as The New York Times put succinctly The NYPD cannot police the police.


It is Jan 1 and Campisi hasn't been removed from IAB?  What is taking Bratton so long?

IAB is a huge waste of tax payer money and for what pushing paper and covering up for corrupt cops like in my case I have proof I was coerced in to dropping charges.   Ron Kuby's letter on my behalf short hand for my client coerced.  I had a hole in my retina -- could not see properly and my neck damaged -- it is a HORROR story and thanks to Kelly and Campisi's lawyer in my opinion I have even more evidence against the NYPD and IAB including Kelly and Campisi who insisted on defending the cop that coerced me.  Based on what I got from their motion to dismiss there is even more evidence he didn't fix this case in a vacuum coercing me and Kelly's lawyer told me in our first conversation the NYPD detectives sealed Delita Hooks (false) cross complaint.  She left out the word false and it was sealed way under 1 year which Prof John Eterno agreed with me is unusual.  I told him they sealed their crime of coercion with her crime of a false cross complaint.

Charles Campisi in my opinion should be arrested and he is one of the top reasons I am calling for an outside monitor.

By the way Bill Bratton -- IAB gets the NYPD parking placards to the entire NYPD force by the end of March every year --- 3 months late as Mike Bloomberg had the little People ticketed up to their eyeballs….another reason I allege IAB retaliated against me fixing it for the NYPD that coerced me ad fixed it for Dr Fagelman who didn't fire Delita Hooks. She couldn't get away with that unprofessional behavior at Starbuck let alone punching a patient but Dr Fagelman did not fire her and my guess is someone very high up pulled some strings in my opinion…
