The NYPD made arrest over this beautiful tragic cat but the NYPD threatened me like
they got VIAGRA from Dr Fagelman and it also felt like they were retaliating against me
for being an activist.

I was hurt way worse than the cat and Delita Hooks lied in a medical report I left a bruise on her left thigh.   I never made contact with her left thigh as she insanely attacked me repeatedly violating my patient rights and body.

Delita Hooks  came out from behind a long closed off desk to continue violating my rights. 

Hitting a medical patient is like hitting a person in church said one man to me.

Before I was attacked -  note all the bags and FYI my arm was numb with 2 injections in my elbow as well as I held my phone as she repeatedly attacked me.

Needless to say I have heard every variation on her name first when I called from the police Station and asked Dr Vine's receptionist what is the name of the woman that attacked me and I was  told her name Delite.  Pretty disturbing.  

Did Dr  Vine's receptionist also violate my patient rights tipping off my attacker Delita Hooks who sits next to her?

When I could not get help I started to film. 

Delita Hooks could have closed the door but I had no where to go as all the doors in the hallway are locked and she has to Dr Jeklyl Mr Hyde and in my option Dr Andrew Fagelman not what he appears to be at all.  He is not a nice man or an ethical MD in my opinion.

Last fall, after being denied access to public records by the New York Police Department (NYPD) for over a year and a half, ALDF petitioned the New York Supreme Court to force NYPD to turn over public records regarding the horse-drawn carriage industry.

In today's hearing, Judge Shlomo Hagler agreed with ALDF regarding our right to public records under New York's Freedom of Information Law (FOIL, which is similar to the federal Freedom of Information Act or FOIA), and reminded New York's finest that transparency and an open government are values to be taken seriously. The judge was emphatic about the validity of ALDF's concern about the treatment (and mistreatment) of horses in the carriage industry. NYPD was instructed to comply with the request in the broad terms it was written. In fact, the judge ordered the NYPD to produce the documents within 45 days. Det John Vergona refused to meet me repeatedly -- he could not understand which eye was damaged and he refused to see for himself....there was plenty of damage to my eye and defensive wounds to my arm and my neck was damaged so having a violent liar try to knock me out and drag me down the hall wasn't very good for it as the MRI report Det John Vergona was faxed proved.

Det John Vergona would not meet me.  His DD5 is a lie from the first interview were he agreed I was attacked and I had a right to defend myself.

All omitted and lies instead.

Det Andy Dwyer did not ever contact me.  How I got his name took my own hard detective work.

I did not even know at the time of his existence or I would have requested his badge number when I emailed Lt Angelo Burgos asking for Sgt Chen and Det John Vergona's badge numbers.

Lt. Angelo Burgos never answered me.  He never contacted me and I again I did not understand his role in protecting Det John Vergona's violence and lies.

Ditto for Lt Agnes until IAB told me Lt Agnes wrote my claims unsubstantiated and let Det John Vergona retired again without ever contacting me the fix was in.

I WAS AND AM A VICTIM OF NYPD THREATS AND COERCION and so far Det Vergona and Lt .Burgo are enjoying their pensions along with Ray Kelly and Charles Campisi who were sent the email by my mail that I wrote to Lt Burgos asking for badge numbers which I never got.  I got no direct response but clearly everyone involved is protected and not facing accountability for their role in closing a case that should have lead to arrests and I am still demanding arrests of my attacker and the NYPD that used her false cross complaint to threaten me coerce me and close the case rather than take the false cross complaint to the DA.

I am not aware of 1 honest cop going to IAB to report what went on despite a huge poster by the front desk of the First precinct asking NYPD to report corruption to blow the whistle on corrupt cops.

This makes 3 of 3 and Lt  Angelo Burgos's name appears on the NYPD forms plus Delita Hooks false cross complaint also posted on scribd.com He never contacted me along with my attacker's Detectives.  The NYPD met with my attacker not me.

(Note:  Original title Lt. Agnes lie but in this case it is Burgos.  Lt Agnes in my opinion also lied but I do not have his NYPD notes yet.  I do know he never contacted me despite IAB giving me his telephone number and IAB Sgt Decker told me Lt Agnes would interview everybody.  Lt Agnes did not and would not return my calls.  I called to speak to Lt. Agnes supervisors and was told he has none.)


Det John Vergona refused to repeatedly meet with me.  I asked repeatedly when he could not figure out which eye I had been punched in.  I asked why don't you meet me and see for yourself in person but he refused.

Sgt Chen also refused to face me in person.

Where is the arrest of my attacker for assault and a false cross complaint?  Where is the arrest of the NYPD involved in coercion?  Why did IAB in my opinion cover all this up instead of making arrests?

I allege the NYPD did this in my case to send me a message but that the NYPD fix crime and count on their victim's never seeing their police reports.

Dear NYPD Internal Affairs and the FBI who thinks that the doctors office got a favor courtesy at the New York Police Department and internal affairs regarding my case....?

Put it this way the police department and internal affairs did the doctors office a favor because no one there was fired right there that's a favor did someone pick up one 800 NYPD fix it for me and call the hotline?
