911 NYPD Chief Dowd Going Down while ex Mayor Mike Bloomberg Ray Kelly remain Teflon?

I was the only one to ask all the money we're spending why can't we text 911? Just say no are flawed text Titanic isn't close to excepting 911 texts. Just count your blessings if someone shows up to the right location and a timely fashion and that's with a $1 billion plus overrun of taxpayer dollars.

I spent years now calling for criminal investigation in to 911from YouTube and all my blogs.  I've asked every agency every person in power possible that I could think of for help.  And I wasn't the only one doing it either.  

 I'm beyond exhausted.  I feel like Jimmy Stewart and Mr. Smith goes to Washington but it's every day for years now on top of horror stories some you know some you don't

I was the only went to tell you that Rose Gill Hearn turned away City time AND. 911 whistleblowers turned and what did Mike Bloomberg do? Mike give Rose Gill Hearn to kickback jobs.     Why a pretty high turnover in Department of investigation under Rose and all of these lawsuits especially by women but a lot of lawsuits against DOITT. 

If the FBI wanted to get to the bottom of this they would have to go to DOI's files and DOITT's and look at consultants and lobbyist and investigate Cy Vance and Preet Bharara.  I filed the complaint against side fence for not investigating 911 with the US attorney investigative unit.   I even called the attorney general's office directly to file a complaint against the investigative unit and no one called me back.  I made a point of telling them it's about 911. 

I can't help but think mayor de Blasio did simple math Harvard grads Mike Bloomberg and Mark Page and majority of city Council could not do and the reason Bill did it yesterday is because Mike is considering running for the White House.   Bill is helping out Hillary. 

Instead as I wrote years ago Mike Bloomberg should be huddled with the defense attorney.   Anything and everything will be done to prevent Mike Bloomberg from having to come in and testify ever again under oath.  He can say he has dementia. Many New Yorkers have wondered because of his callous shocking statements and bizarre need to control us as he clearly was a hypocrite.  The Haggerty Trial Cy Vance Judge Zweibel missed NY1 Tom Robbins stating Mike Bloomberg testilied aka perjury not covered by immunity. 

Because the Manhattan DA Cy Vance and US Attorney Preet Bharara made no arrests of any New York City government officials from slush which means tax payer money , CityTime to 911 tech mess, we now have in NYPD Chief Chuck Dowd whose father was NYPD Chief receiving gifts from Verizon a contractor on 911 that possibly overbilled us and Verizon and others chose not to see that Hewlett Packard was indeed overbilling us and delivering crap.

Chuck Dowd indicted search on my blog.  

He may be made an example but CityTime , possibly 311 and 911 the largest in an NYC gov fleet of tax payer Titanics and an almost darkly humorous cover up in plain sight to protect Bloomberg.  

Is it like Bloomberg, Rudin and top contractors following enough money to the White House to make them Teflon republican or Democrat so right now it's Eric Holder on down sees no evil?

HP one of the top 20 military contractors with ties to everything in every body The White House to the NY Pensions v me agreeing to false arrest twice.  Gee thanks for not murdering me.  My lawsuit in the opposition to the city dismissing my case as SAIC and HP,  Mike Bloomberg and Ray Kelly on the front page -- I regret asking for so little money.

How could the NYPD Chief Dowd get indicted for taking gifts (his Dad retired NYPD brass so should he have known better or it was a given considering Ray Kelly) when Ray Kelly was taking free gifts from than mayor Mike Bloomberg.

I am asking for sensitivity training classes for the NYPD from the Holocaust Museum in Washington; she says my case is for Internal Affairs. I dont understand what Collaborative Policing is but in Nazi Germany time it has a very negative connotation. If I am contacted I will state Mr. De Blasio and Mr. Bratton could take immediate action and tell Corp Counsel to do so as well. I want the police involved in my case including police IAB allowed wrongfully to retired to take sensitivity classes at US Holocaust Museum.

The NYPD saw video even alleged anti-Semite Det John Vergona said that was some video but it was "even steven" which is what not.   You learn how NYPD contribute to hate crimes and encourage violence, abuse of power as they joined in and took over continuing Delita Hooks abuse which started with yelling at me I had no rights. Det Vergona yelled at me You are going to drop those charges or I am going to arrest you.

The  long closed off desk that Delita Hooks some call her "Delite" Delita Hooks came out from behind to continue her unprofessional violent tirade violating my patient rights repeatedly and then my body.

The NYPD an internal affairs fix crime in my opinion based on my own experience.

I looked beautiful that day and I felt happy.  Note the amount of bags I was holding and one quite heavy with an iPad in the larger bag and I didn't know if she was going to rob me so I held on to my bags as she got away with a hate crime.

Lucky for Dr Fagelman that Delita Hooks was not arrested since he did not fire her.

He never even asked me MD Dr Vine if I was okay.  All he did is allow Delita Hooks to go back to her long closed off reception desk where she is still sitting.
