I have police reports where the NYPD life I have my attackers false cross  complaint my medical reports and she even handed in a medical report which is fake false and untrue that I kicked her in her left thigh and left a bruise a blatant lie. I am told that's what criminals do --they lie and they hire attorneys to lie for them.

In my case I was targeted by dirty corrupt cops because I am a whistle blower but they couldn't hide their hatred and disdain treating me as if I was lower than dirt on the sidewalk like they treated Eric Garner not even putting something under his head....not unhand cuffing him letting him die from their monstrous treatment ---

where was the person he sold a supposedly illegal fifty cent cigarette too.... no person there no valid arrest which proves what Eric Garner was saying he was being harassed!   They don't even say you are under arrest and what the crime was...where and when it happened -- they leap on him after he had done a good deed breaking up a fight.

I wrote a section on NYPD and economic racism but the lawyer for the City of NY asked the judge to limit me to I forget 20 or 30 pages....I got limited to 50 so I couldn't write very much about NYPD policing and economic racism.... title for a good book huh?

it was NYPD and Economic Racism and it manifests in different ways depending on what neighborhood.   In Harlem and the Bronx stop and frisk making honest People afraid to walk down the street to go to the Deli to Soho wiping vendors off the street... or in my case Soho...rich connected MD I allege call 1800 NYPD fix it and the First precinct did but FYI I am the 2nd whistle blower on 911 threatened and a victim of "NYPD Creative policing".

Det John Vergona was not shy about lying on his DD5 which the video proves.  You see me being threatened and than attacked.  That is not what he wrote and he lied never giving me an option to meet him. Later that day he refused after telling me he did not care if I have 2 black eyes.  He spoke with my attacker and her detectives met with her and never met me...lead Det Andy Dwyer. She threatens me in a letter to her NYPD fixers yet again if I ever dare to come forward and report assault charges again while Ron Kuby's letter is short hand for I was COERCED a crime.  He and I agreed I was in bad shape my eye damaged and my neck and I feared even more for my safety from a detective aligned with my attacker behaving like her verbally threatening me on the phone.  Ron Kuby wanted to get me out of a dangerous situation but he did offer me the option to go in Saturday as Det John Vergona instructed me after threatening me with arrest if I did not drop the charges against my attacker.

He even lied about that along with others stating Ron reached out to him Monday when in fact it was Saturday because I was to be false arrested Saturday at 4pm.

Eric Garner murdered.
