The Detectives in my case Det Vergona and Det Andy Dwyer, their partners, and supervisors and facebook friends NYPD PO Eugene Schatz aka Gene Schatz and Det Tommy Moran were party to the fact Verogna was lying in his DD5s and was going to verbally violently threaten me over the phone because the cowardly criminal detectives and supervisors did not have it in them to commit the crimes they committed and face me but they did use Ron Kuby's letter to pretend they dd not commit crimes and Internal Affairs has protected them along w/ top brass all party to retaliation.

I had respected the NYPD until NYPD PO Gene Schatz and his facebook friends Detective Andrew Dwyer and Det John Vergona, with their partners, and supervisors DI Ed Winski, Lt Angelo Burgos and Sgt Chen did a bait and switch downgrading their crimes and Delita HOOKS crimes to no crimes. Google Dr Fagelman assault and see Delita HOOKS in action but she wasn't done breaking laws and the NYPD detectives and supervisors joined in and did Dr Andrew Fagelman quite a favor since he did not fire his violent, manipulative attack receptionist and when a private investigator asked Dr Fagelman did you talk to the NYPD he said "no comment" aka he would implicate himself in the crimes of arranging for Delita HOOKS to walk in and commit a crime filing a false cross complaint and Dr Fagelman was party to even more crimes, Det John VERGONA was going to violently threaten me over the phone with false arrest on a Saturday 4pm only for the utmost retaliation and even fabrication of crimes which Eric Garner outlines in his own case 4 years ago....
These corrupt evil people would teach be about the real NYPD and how they break laws, do fixing and favors and all these years Internal Affairs protected these crimes along with Corp Counsel Zachary Carter lied in my case and his predecessor before him! I know you are a good guy.  2 critics of the NYPD that suffered brutality and lies first hand told me but one look into my case and dare to speak up and demand the NYPD IAB involved be punished and my attacker be arrested.  

I think you will collect a lot of money and the only change is Bratton will be fired soon even if he has (my guess) the goods on the de Blasio family and a three year lease rental apt.  


Michael, Judge Nathan threw out  my case that's if I can pu#NYPD Michael Julian Nice Good guy no change and he won't speak up on my casersue my case in state court for the police failure to supervise maintain and train... I was a victim of a savage attack by angry woman who happens to be black Jamaican but I believe the NYPD came in using a sock puppet account said ha ha you liberal you got what you deserved.  I tell my story around the city to people of every color agree there's no reason for Dr. Andrew Fagelman violent lyimg receptionist whatever color should not have  come out from behind the reception desk to continue violating my rights and trying to beat the crap out of me lying in police reports and the police their role was as heinous  an evil as hers.  The majority of people I talk with agree that the police fix it for the rich white Jewish doctor who probably has done  favors for NYPD is my guess and People agree
In the news we've heard about doctors giving NYPD human growth hormone steroids fake disability but we often don't hear the name of the doctors and we know that the NYPD give doctors parking Placards and who knows what else goes on behind closed doors with karups dirty cops and corrupt medical doctors who enjoy or need favors from the police department.  


 There's no doubt at the NYPD Internal Affairs wanted to retaliate against me and send me a message.  In my lawsuit internal affairs responded that I made a lot of complaints and my responses if you did your job more and so corrupt I won't have to make any complaints.    


I voted for mayor de Blasio.  Used his son skin color to win an election but is betrayed all of us especially Black people.

I don't want NYPD chief banks as Commissioner even though he's black he supported KKK rake Kelly's racist stop and frisk abuses.   Bill Bratton is Ray Kelly Junior and how many black men have died in the short time that Bill Bratton has been police commissioner.  The other tragedies everybody New York City knows that Bratton will be fired except for Bill de Blasio and most people think there are two reasons one that Brighton has the goods on the  de Blasio family into it involves money somehow someway every bit of corruption by anybody New York if any color in religion gets down to one thing money.  


Bratton it's hiring more of his friends saying we need them for training and gives them to you to mount some money all his hires are his friends and he pays them a lot of money for nothing.   He must be fired ASAP he should've been fired months ago he should never been hired.

I literally got an "unknown phone number" call it was Department of investigation as I was handing in my notice of claim on the 12th floor of the New York City comptrollers office yesterday.

The call was almost really meaningless because I had already told the receptionist and have this caller I had already spoken to Phillip Eure re NYPD Systemuc corruption and he said an investigator would call me and no one has.

It took years for Lance Armstrong to be exposed and it is clear the same is happening with all the corrupt players in NYC Gov....just disturbing it is taking so long.

I filed a notice of claim yesterday and I don't know how many years it's going to take but I feel like one of Lance Armstrong's victims I'm going to get justice and vindication regarding New York City government the NYPD internal affairs and a Manhattan DA and also 911 Tech corruption which is bigger than CityTime.  It is tragic because besides over the billion dollars over budget it also puts our lives at risk and Ray Kelly appointed and NYPD chief chief Chuck Dowd was not qualified to be head of technology and who is taking graft from one of the contractors at least one read my lawsuit noticed the claim below.  Ray Kelly was excepting free rides for him and his wife from Mayor Michael Bloomberg and it also makes me wonder if any other top or any employed NYPD we're taking free rides from Michael Bloomberg or any other gifts from contractors consultants lobbyists and banks the shortlist.

Note in 2003 I wrote a  short story of fictional short story called chopping the street one megamillion at a time I essentially predicted the implosion of Wall Street due to the fact that Wall Street and white-collar businesses are above the radar costing taxpayers billions even if it's just trying to prosecute them but mostly just allowing them to steal and break the laws and get around laws and rules.  The New Yorker and Playboy passed on my short short story about a woman that takes over Hells Angel like international club and turns them into financial services firm on wheels.   I wanted HBO to do the film and they passed on it and then came the caveman version of my short story called sons of anarchy.  

At the end of the short story I talk about arm dealings but I had no idea now I'd be suing the city of New York and NYPD and involved is me whistleblowing involving top military contractors I alleged were stealing from New York City government tax payers above the law and nine when one the largest example $1 billion+  over budget and besides the stealing lies money under the table over the table,  NYPD graft plus everyone who wanted their slice of greed pie  putting our lives in even more risk especially if we have a large-scale terrorist attack or series of small attacks all at once.

ADA Joe Giovanetti told me what Delita Hooks did to me is a crime. Yes if she did in the schoolyard would be a crime he said yes.  Said what she did to music my mother was in the schoolyard or doctors office it was a crime.  Joan Illuzi talk to me about Delita Hooks attack being second-degree assault and menacing but she refused to prosecutor for the false cross-complaint. I told them internal Ferris read me a letter that my tack or threatened me and a signed letter she signed it to her NYPD fixers.
