You grossly misstated my case to Judge Nathan.
Here is video proving I was violently assaulted and nypd coerced me to drop charges by emotionally pistol whipping, repeatedly threatening me with false arrest. Your clients prevented me from reporting two crimes, a hate crime anti-Semitism and a false cross complaint by Delita Hooks, Dr Fagelman's receptionist office manager. The audio proof is included on YouTubes in this post.
Audio 3rd youtube in this post of IAB Sgt Mary O'Donnell saying "case closed" just like Lt Agnes (integrity unit) refusing to investigate the fact I was coerced or face a weekend in jail or handcuffed to a bed in a hospital with a bed pan for a weekend if I had successfully convinced corrupt Det Vergona to transfer me to a hospital. He was aware I have a collapsed bladder from fibroid tumors not from the assault and serious neck and eye damage from the assault. Even corrupt Det Vergona said that video is something. Lt Fikru who's job is to investigate IAB corruption said the video speaks for itself.
The video of the beginning of the attack clearly shows Delita Hooks as the aggressor who could easily have closed the door. Her friend and co-worker is leaning against a wall second 4 of the YouTube as if nothing serious has gone on before I started filming despite Delita Hooks having come out from behind a long desk to
menace me and violently give me the finger blocking my way getting in front of me to do so as I exited. I decided I wanted to document her abuse of my patient rights. The video is proof of the beginning of a violent assault that goes black when she ran and punched me and it was compelling enough to probe she filed a false cross complaint but both sets if Detective who never met with me did not bring this to the DA and to date almost a year later IAB has not alerted the First Precinct to arrest Delita Hooks for assault, false cross complaint, possibly aggravated harassment and possibly witness tampering. I faxed your client Campisi requesting her arrest the week before you contacted me and have sent him, IAB and Commissioner Kelly demands for her arrest.
Only Chief Banks did not stone wall me having a liaison call me and he said it was up to IAB to contact IAB. I spoke with the new commander of 01 and unlike the bias DI Ed Winski he also called me and said when IAB contacts him he will have her arrested.
Your clients never contacted IAB to arrest her because they refused to investigate police corruption as legally required. The NYPD do not have to investigate a crime if they don't want to but they are not allowed to prevent People from reporting crime and they must investigate police corruption but all along both the NYPD and IAB fixed this every step of the way.
Oct 4, 2012, Det Vergona was abusive and rude, stated he did not care if I had 2 black eyes and was so bias and verbally abusive it became impossible to convey to a bias and in my opinion misogynist and anti-Semitic police detective that Dr Young had found a hole in my retina on Oct 19, 1 day before the 4 day wait Det Vergona insisted upon to false arrest me to inflict even more suffering with the goal to coerce me to drop charges. Det Vergona had an MRI report showing bulging and herniated disks in my cervical spine from Delita Hooks wrenching my neck for extended period of time including from the floor refusing to listen to her friend and co-worker instructing get to let go. My neck was in a brace from Delita Hooks violent assault on me a patient that started with her telling me I had no rights and clearly the NYPD agreed. They met with her and not me. IAB has never contacted me my complaints as required to with the exception of my query into Dr Fagelman possibly drug pedaling to NYPD and Lt Fikru contacted me re: Sgt Mary O'Donnell saying case closed but he no longer returns my calls including the most recent call to report Lt Agnes never contacted me to investigate Det Vergona coercing me but fixed it so Vergona could retire.
Lt Agnes fixed this and IAB as well in my opinion fixing for all involved protecting the NYPD brand almost a year now despite the audio of Sgt Chen turning me away preventing me from reporting a crime allowed Det Vergona and his supervisor to retire! I am still in shock over that piece of info.
DI Ed Winski refused to allow me to report a false cross complaint by Delita Hooks, Sgt Chen, PO Migori and I alerted Commissioner Kelly by emails, Fed Ex and when I testified on 911 Tech corruption at City Hall handed him a Justice Card detailing the NYPD fixing this violence crime using a false cross complaint as well as letters and he did nothing as well as Chief Campisi.
I have more evidence to prove IAB refused to investigate coercion and fixed this violent crime and IAB refused repeatedly to investigate NYPD fixing this crime, altering and falsifying NYPD statistical report for the month of Oct with Deputy Inspector's knowledge, bias against me and more.
I thought you might want to investigate the 3 YouTubes that expose your clients as outlined in this video. The audio on all 3 videos exposing your clients are powerful and compelling.
Also note when I asked Det Vergona why do I have to wait 4 days to be false arrested he would not answer me. Det Vergona, are you anti-Semitic? Arrest the Jew on the Sabbath?
Det Vergona was verbally violent on the phone and yelled at me I will arrest you if you don't drop those charges!!!
On Oct 4th he repeatedly refused to meet me in person to see the damage to my eye, neck and defensive wounds to my forearm. The NYPD did meet with my violent attacker showing more bias against me perhaps also for being a whistle blower who was openly blogging about the NYPD rape cops and 911 tech corruption.
When I asked are you anti-Semitic Det Vergona refused to answer. One would hope an police officer would answer no I am not anti-Semitic.
Too date I have never met Det Vergona, Sgt Chen, Det Andy Dwyer who's name and badge number where withheld from me by IAB. Vergona and Chen's withheld by Commissioner Ray Kelly, Chief Campisi, IAB, Lt Angelo Burgos.
I want to ask Lt Agnes and Det Vergona under oath and all NYPD officers named in my lawsuit if they ever called me a ball buster to proof my allegations of violence.
Sgt Chen almost laughed in my face on the phone when he said you were the one who was assaulted at the doctor's office.
I want to ask all these men I alleged were bias against me if they found woman on woman violence amusing or entertaining since Sgt Chen who agreed I could report Delita Hooks filed a false cross complaint but I had to come to the precinct to do do, was holding back laughter. He called me "lady" but it sounded like a polite term for a misogynist term I won't put in this email when he rudely consented I had a right to report Delita Hooks committed a 2nd crime.
I believe I was also treated with bias for exposing NYPD fixing and favors on behalf of The Mercer Hotel as well as possibly other wealthy members of Soho like Henry Buhl and I allege that perhaps Dr Fagelman is yet another wealthy resident that called in a favors. The NYPD acted with bias against me and IAB as well retaliating against me as outlined in my lawsuit violating my rights.
Your letter misrepresented my case to Judge Nathan grossly as well as minimizing your clients including the City of NY, IAB and NYPD abuses and therefore my suffering which is on going.

I am a victim of a violent crime that may need surgery to remove growing scar tissue in my eye and as I learn more and shocked and upset by your client's role and I once was an advocate for the NYPD devoted to improving community relations.
Tuesday Oct 16, 2012 when I agreed to be falsely arrested first immediately as Det Vergona 1st insisted and than I agreed to wait 4 days as part of Det Vergona's on going abuse, bias and goal to retaliate against me for not dropping charges and cause me more suffering I agree to wait 4 days.
I went to the precinct that night to hand deliver DI Ed Winski a letter notifying him I was to be false arrested and gave my Lt Petrosino memorial pin for him to give to your client Commish Kelly. No NYPD officer was wiling to arrest me at that time underscoring Det Vergona's bias and abuse of power and his supervisors, Chief Campisi was alerted via emails, Sgt Chen, Lt Burgos, IAB all in my opinion involved in blue wall of corruption fixing this violent role and IAB joined in like a gang refusing to investigate the fact I was coerced in to dropping charges.
Det Andy Dwyer name was with held from me by IAB so I reported him to IAB as John Doe.
IAB had 90 days to contact me re: my complaints re: your clients including Chief Campisi and IAB and to date has never contacted me. I find out IAB mislead me and a Public Advocate rep the case was open re: Vergona, when in fact the case was closed quietly by Lt Agnes who refused to return my calls again proving your clients (City of NY NYPD IAB) bias and unwillingness to investigate the fact I was coerced. IAB was suppose to send me a letter which never happened. In 90 days as required, I have received no letters or calls re Vergona, Burgos, Winski, Chen, Migori, Agnes, Campisi, Dwyer and IAB let Vergona and Burgos retire instead of preventing them for retiring and punishing them.
Lt Burgos name was still up on the board by the front door as Vergona's supervisor and he ignored all my communications like DI Ed Winski both should have contacted Internal Affairs but did not especially being preventing from filing a complaint!
When my server went to Lt Burgos's house, the man that answered the door identified himself as Lt Burgos's boss. Burgos should not have been allowed to retire along with Vergona.
I am a victim of gross negligence, bias and more by your clients including Internal Affairs that has an obligation to investigate police corruption and in this case I allege Det Vergona and his partner along with Det Andy Dwyer and his partner and Sgt Chen are involved in fixing a violent crime and Chen rather than report their actions to IAB was caught on audio refusing to come down stairs on audio to explain why he said I could report Delita Hooks filed a false cross complaint and than had PO Migori turn me away thereby covering up Vergona and Dwyer's actions which in my opinion are criminal as well as corrupt and why Dwyer sealed Delita Hooks false cross complaint.

My goal is to bring all of this in front of a new Commission in to NYPD and IAB corruption and testify along with other victims. Your clients forcing me to report IAB corruption to IAB is wrong and indicates IAB can't police itself.
CCRB has my powerful testimony on their website and Ibgave them hell for turning over my cases to IAB because at least the police officers named would have to come in to testify under oath and my fears expressed in CCRB testimony came true that in secret behind closed doors IAB fixed it for the NYPD that fixed it even letting Vergona and Burgos retire!
If CCRB had kept the cases Vergona and Burgos could not have retired!
I could have served Burgos at the 01 Precinct.
I want to call retired police officer Simonetti of CCRB appointed by Giuliani to testify why CCRB transferred my case to IAB.
I believe CCRB considered my allegations very serious and I repeatedly said keep my case investigate their roles violating "CPR" so I could ask for mediation and finally meet them face to face for the first time and or have them come in and testify under oath but my worst fears realized. IAB secretly and covertly fixed it for all involved including Dr Fagelman who did not fire Delita Hooks and NYPD who sealed her false cross complaint to bury her criminal actions and their own in my opinion.
I am sending copy to CCRB because I want CCRB to learn how they failed me.

I want you and all board members to understand how you all failed me and the agony I continue to suffer as every government agency including Commission to Combat Police Corruption all failed me. Feel free to share with the Commission which in my opinion is utterly worthless along with IAB except from my experience IAB is also corrupt and above accountability.
