Dear MTA President and all MTA you can be proud -- my YouTube proves what a great and courageous job your staff did and the NYPD and FDNY as well as good souls on the platform me included who assured everybody he was alive and I was pretty sure completely safe.  The conductor and MTA staff thanked me and I want to thank them. You can hear "Sullivan" doing a superb job even calling out to the guy not to move.

The conductor came in slowly enough and made a smooth stop so only one car covered him.

I don't know why he dropped down on the tracks --- what there a "Clarence" like "It's a Wonderful Life" -- we don't know but I do know he wanted to live when he saw the train coming at him and made the right move to survive.

MD or for that matter honest NYPD officer that can understand why Delita Hooks has not
been fired and also arrested.  This is the sickest most violent attack of a medical patient
in NYC history by a receptionist office manage who also got away with filing a false
cross complaint blaming her victim.  Her false cross complaint states I attacked her.

Wow I got another Delita Hooks defender --  his name "Matthew Huish" who says I need a psychitrist --- sounds like he didn't see his today!    There aren't many defending Delita Hooks unprofessional crazy violent behavior and of course I was blamed but every group that deals with victims of crime says the video is powerful and proves Delita Hooks acted unprofessionally, abused her power and praised my work as a victim of crime advocating for Justice with YouTube and cards.

Here is my response to the harassment I reported to Google YouTube.

It is not okay for the NYPD, Delita Hooks or Internal Affairs male version of Delita Hooks to beat someone and you know that or are the one that sees a psychiatrist and it has not helped you one bit because of your mental ill comment.  Delita Hooks also committed a crime filing a false cross complaint and in a letter to her NYPD fixers threatens me yet again.  Because of you I am now going to print 5,000 more Justice Cards and work even harder to get Justice for me and others.  The great news is Delita Hooks cannot try and beat anyone EVER again.   The NYPD involved in the crime of coercion can't get away with it either.  Delita Hooks was unprofessional exhibiting the worst customer and patient service EVER in NYC history and is so crazy she came out from behind a long closed off reception desk to menace and stalk me.  She provoked me to go ask for help from my MD and I couldn't get help because she was in with another patient.  She came to me after Delita Hooks made a hole in retina with a running punch. DeIita Hooks is such a violent liar and she has defenders like you but the video says it all.  She could have closed the door and violently threatened me with bodily harm when she could have closed the door.  Instead she uses the door for balances to begin the physical assault.

This YouTube has over 18,000 views and if you watch Delita Hooks comes 10 or maybe it is 20 feet down the hall --- you will see locked doors -- they are the men and women's bathrooms where she comes after me…   Everyone except the women in the video, Dr Fagelman's pals and corrupt NYPD and corrupt Internal Affairs agree this video proves I was savagely attacked and the NYPD and IAB fixed it and Internal Affairs is a disgrace as well as their is something very wrong with Dr Andrew Fagelman for not firing Delita Hooks.

This YouTube has over 18,000 views and if you watch Delita Hooks comes 10 or maybe it is 20 feet down the hall --- you will see locked doors -- they are the men and women's bathrooms where she comes after me…   Everyone except the women in the video, Dr Fagelman's pals and corrupt NYPD and corrupt Internal Affairs agree this video proves I was savagely attacked and the NYPD and IAB fixed it and Internal Affairs is a disgrace as well as their is something very wrong with Dr Andrew Fagelman for not firing Delita Hooks.

Thanks and gratitude for helping me 1 year and one month to the day Oct 1, 2012 when Delita Hooks tried everything but murder to harm me and continues to lie blaming me for her violence and has yet to be arrested for assault and a false cross complaint.  Thanks to you she can never get away with this again and she is a mother so it is horrifying to think she could have done this to her daughter or a family member but she can't anymore and in my opinion this was not her first violent attack. 

The NYPD rushed to seal her false cross complaint with their crime of Coercion and IAB has not commited a crime of covering up coercion in my opinion.

Changed the title this morning ---- if you click on the white letters of the title on the top of the YouTube it will take you to the youtube and in the text portion you can click on the links to her false cross complaint, the lawsuit against the City, NYPD and IAB as well as other links and info on her violating my patient rights as well as my body, lying blaming me, NYPD fixing the savage attack and Internal Affairs also involved in covering up NYPD crime of coercion.

This morning I changed the title removing the word "violently", adding the word LIED and an exclamation mark to help the video in my goal for it to go viral as one year and 19 days and No Justice.

When I got an actual copy of her false criminal report also a serious crime I added "NYPD Fixed" to the title and added the link to her false criminal report because it proves beyond a doubt the NYPD and IAB fixed this savage crime and proof is no arrest and Det John Vergona was allowed to retire and the City of New York and NYPD chose to pay his legal bills and allow him to be served at One Police Plaza so I caught the NYPD and IAB go way out of their way to protect a cop guilty of coercion.

NYPD alters access to local crime data, raising transparency concerns

The NYPD made major changes to how it disseminates information on crimes last week by cutting off a long-standing source of information for residents and introducing a new, high-tech source.

 

On December 5, news broke that the NYPD had ordered all 77 police precincts to stop giving information to the media on neighborhood crimes and to direct requests to the office of the Deputy Commissioner for Public Information (DCPI). The move has prompted some local publications to discontinue their weekly crime blotters.

 

A few days later on December 8, the NYPD unveiled a new interactive crime map that enables the public to search and view data on major felonies that occur in the city.

 

Taken together, what do the two moves mean for local residents and journalists?

 

 

The end of neighborhood crime blotters?

 

The NYPD's restriction of media access to local crime information comes in response to a push by journalists for the NYPD to make its local crime reports available and uniform across all precincts. Prior to the change, the majority of precincts allowed journalists access to forms detailing crimes and complaints. Rather than extend access to include all precincts, the NYPD issued a directive to precinct commanders that stated, “Any requests by media to view complaint reports be referred to the office of the Deputy Commissioner For Public Information.”

 

The policy change was first discovered by The Nabe, a blog that publishes a weekly crime blotter for Brooklyn's Fort Greene and Clinton Hill neighborhoods. The Nabe described its process for publishing its crime blotter, which will be discontinued under the new rules:

Every Wednesday morning, a reporter from The Nabe visits the 88th Precinct and is handed forms outlining the previous week’s felony crime reports, which includes information on all murder, rape, assault, robbery, burglary or theft of property in the precinct. The reporter copies down the information, asks the officers lingering questions from the reports and writes up the crime blotter post. This will no longer be allowed.

The move by the NYPD has left many residents and local reporters wondering how they will be able to access local crime information with the same level of detail and timeliness. The centralization of local crime information represents a major change in the role the DCPI, which generally only disseminates information about high-profile crimes of citywide interest. In the past, it has not been a source of information about crimes such a burglaries or muggings that residents living in close proximity may want to know about in detail.

 

A source told the news site DNAinfo, “DCPI is a small unit, so I don't know how they're going to handle it." Reporters could conceivably obtain the local precinct complaint reports by filing Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) requests, but such requests routinely take up to 60 days to process. 

 

In a statement to The Stream, the NYPD said the move will not result in any policy changes at the DCPI office, whose procedures "have been in place for decades." The statement noted that media can "go through DCPI to get information or to set up meetings with their local precincts regarding crime and safety information." The NYPD did not respond to question about whether local complaint reports would be available through DCPI in the same format previously available through many local precincts.

 

The NYPD also stressed the need to safeguard information contained in many complainant reports, writing, "Complainant reports contain confidential information that could jeopardize the safety of a witness or compromise an ongoing investigation. It is essential that we safeguard ongoing investigations and the identity of victims of crimes and other information."
