Dowd was demoted to transit a polite way of saying retire but has any media reported that Dowd and Marino are out? Marino is a huge embarrassment to the NYPD in my opinion.   Why am I the only one reporting that they both retired.  I got a tip Marino retired but I cannot confirm that. 

Dowd was made Head of technology for over a decade by Ray Kelly after he was caught fixing crimes.  I tried to give Dowd my testimony at City Hall calling for an urgent need for criminal investigation since he was not staying for civilian testimony.  He had seen my card that said the NYPD fix crime like a Las Vegas casino.  Had no idea he was caught fixing crime but after that he refused to take my testimony the FDNY Chiefs took my testimony. 

Why is the media not even talking about the fixing in favors ticketing scandal and the fact that Ramos and IAB lt Cobb I have all these court dates hers was Sept 12 not news.  Oh that's right there's only ticket fixing favors  internal fairs and PBA involved as well --- only in the Bronx that's right except for whistleblowers like me reporting it here in Manhattan and then catching internal affairs fixing it for NYPD John Vergona blatantly lied even in police reports which internal affairs  having had to see the lies in police reports as well as my attackers  false cross-complaint and I know for fact internal affairs so my attackers letter threatening me yet again what she signed that I can verify for a fact because it was read to me by an IAB lt I am suing.  In my opinion  they're also dirty IAB included with one goal to protect the NYPD brand.

Bratton is on the verge of being terminated and he has to humiliate Pineiro before he is forced out himself?   Bratton throwing 150k to a good cop and friend before he exits?  Just asking because word is Bratton's days numbered.  

 

I exclusively reported that internal affairs let NYPD chief chuck Dowd retire and I'm not sure but I believe Marino, Adrian Schoolcrafts kidnapper quietly retired.  

It could be that before Bill Bratton is retired he may have gotten rid of some of Ray Kelly's top cops but the media is only mentioning Pineiro and protecting top brass who are getting bad publicity for being allegedly infamous.

I don't see how Chief Banks could be promoted to take over Pineiro's position since he is connected to the homicide of Eric Garner and put pressure on white shirts in Staten Island to arrest him.

Marino an HGH user caught fixing crime and sounding like a lunatic when he was kidnapping Adrian Schoolcraft bringing a battalion of NYPD including with machine guns and using the FDNY to block off the street it's called elephant balls.  If you did retire why wouldn't that be news?  Adrian Schoolcraft's trial isn't news either. 

I asked  mayor de Blasio to take away the NYPD's control of the press passes.  Maybe then we get some real reporting on NYPD abuse of power and corruption as well as the power brokers that have them on their payroll fixing crime for them and their friends and families? 

Leonard Levitt reported NYPD chief Marino was illegally using NYPD to guard his million dollar home in Staten Island as he and his second wife to be yet another subordinate NYPD girlfriend married.   I can't  verify this that Marino may have retired quietly after being exposed as yet another in my opinion dirty cop taking graft any which way he wants because they feel they're entitled. 

Marino HGH user was also caught like Dowd fixing crime but after wrist laps it means being promoted upward being able to continue to exploit and abuse your power under Ray Kelly because under Ray it's about being a ruler judge jury and enjoying every perk possible?

I sat at an Italian restaurant and watched a uniform woman Lieut. come in sit at the bar in her NYPD uniform and get a free cup of coffee and didn't even leave a tip. What do you expect when police Commissioner Ray Kelly is excepting free rides from the mayor and his private jet for him and his wife.   I'm in the middle of a lawsuit and I'm alleging fixing in favors that I was a victim of a savage assault and truth a fact not debatable I caught an NYPD retired commander trying to fix a ticket for billionaire Bill Rudin flunkie outside the St. Vincent's Hospital luxury condos.  You think it's a coincidence that the NYPD Internal Affairs fixed a violent crime for the doctors office with the receptionist that's the Ray Rice of medical reception desk running punched my head she grab my hair trying to pull me down the hall by my hair to throw me the elevator not arrested.  

 

It's amazing that NYPD chief chuck Dowd did not make the news because he was trying to get appointed to FirstNet board after quietly retiring.  

  I hope my blog had something to do with the reason he didn't get re-appointed.  I sent board head Sue Swenson my blog posts and the fact the New York daily news has reported Dowd took gifts from Verizon a contractor on 911.  Verizon is one of three listed any press release and audit by our ex Comptroller John Liu calling for criminal investigation.  I also have a connection possibly to doubt and retired NYPD officer who is the consultant that I'm alleging possibly overbilled us.  It gets better yeah allegations are the same detective squad to threaten me with false arrest when after 911 whistleblower I'm behalf of this retired cop.  

IAB did not care if he took gifts or any kind of compensation from FirstNet. The key was to protect him and his pension and just make sure that he quietly retired and then he thought he continue on his ways which he probably can. 

Anyway the newspapers are reporting the retirement of Pinerio but no one in the news is reporting the fact that Chief Dowd and possibly Marino are out.  Like NYPD chief Esposito they r  going to collect massive  big fat pensions.  Esposito has one up them because for some inexplicable reason mayor Bill de Blasio has hired Esposito so now he must be earning over half $1 million easily a year with a salary and a massive pension!!!!

Not news but Penerio being forced out is.

There's also a rumor that Bratton will not make it to the end of the year and he hired a friend Michael Julian my blog is written about him verified is a good police officer and a good person.  That being said however because Breton is on his way out is the word on the street it could be just 150K he's directing out a friend.

The money would be better directed towards lie detector test to be used before hiring as well psychological valuations and internal affairs is a huge convoluted mess that allows corrupt cops to line police reports commit crimes and get their big fat pensions.  

Internal affairs is as big a mess is 911 and very expensive burden for the taxpayers for do-nothing agency and less the feds are breathing down their backs. 

Internal affairs let Chief Dowd go despite taking gifts which would enable him to continue getting large lucrative appointments and gifts whatever he wants my opinion but the good news is he was turned down by FirstNet. 

The scandal scar chief is NYPD royalty because of his daddy.    Is kind of like that Dave Patterson of the NYPD without his daddy he never would've risen to position he did and become the head of technology when he had no technology experience.    

His father ran the division that caught the son of Sam.

Here is NYPD Det John DD5 where he lied repeatedly -- google dr fagelman assault and watch the attack and he agreed I was attack and I had a right to defend myself. He also lied about me being unavailable when he never asked to meet me and when I asked him and repeatedly refused to meet me to see the blood damage to my eye and defensive wounds on my arm.

Two videos -- in my case the NYPD and Internal Affairs all saw the running punch to my head -- Deilta Hooks aimed for my left eye making a hole in my retina....she did not succeed in her goal to knock me out and drag me by hair to the elevator floor -- she didn't get me to the ground but she did a running punch as I held bags.



I am alleging the Manhattan DA was notified over a year and a half ago and turned me away when I reported the NYPD threatened me and coerced me -- I was lucky to not end up with more damage than the hole in my retina, floaters an abundance and cervical damage but I could have ended up DEAD like ERIC GARNER.

I allege Cy Vance knows about my video just like the NFL knew and did nothing.  That is the truth about violence towards women even when it is a woman doing the violence.

Well they haven't gotten away with it completely because there's a series of actions I've taken and will be taking so stay tuned but FYI September 11 is the most terrific day and the running punched my head stands up there is a really really horrific day including how the NYPD would participate in the violence and abuse and how I went to the Manhattan DA almost 2 years ago asking for help and they turned me away and they weren't supposed to according to the Atty. Gen.'s investigative unit.  

Very very very sad day September 11 for me this most horrific sad day that I've ever witnessed as opposed to read about history books I saw it.   

I thought I saw Pat Brown the other day but it was a man that was not as handsome and physically fit.   

There so much I remember about that day and the days and months following it and the death of Bobby Beddia and Joe Graffagino Who are taken by September 11 just a few years later haunts me.  

Because of Det John Vergona's verbal violence , threats, crime of Coercion because we've never met I don't know what he looks like he threatened me he was abusive he told me he didn't care if I had two black eyes turned out I had a hole in my retina I have permanent damage a macular pucker I have a huge amount of floaters in both eyes from the attack at Dr Fagelman 's 155 Spring St, cervical damage but because of the top cop KKK Ray Kelly on  down to on named  in a lawsuit I'm never feel the same about the police department again and I blame Dr Andrew Fagelman as much as the dirty corrupt amoral cops in my opinion and my blogs are my opinion these dirty cops violated your oath and my constitutional rights and from Dr Fagelman's office those that lied and tried to cover the sap and pretend it was me to the dirty cops to internal fairs they don't understand right from wrong it's really sick and disturbing.   The doctors office is supposed to be a safe place and Dr. Andrew Fagelman and the NYPD Internal Affairs involved in covering this up in my opinion are evil. They're not as evil as the terrorists that did mass murder but my opinion their evil besides the physical violence that verbal violence the threats the alleged witness tampering and aggravated harassment which by the way up in my opinion I'm guessing Joe Tacopina is behind the threat calling me a cunt and threatening me  warning me not to take legal action and if I ever find out it really was him I would want to ask him did you learn that from the from the Brooklyn DAs office?

The dirty cops involved in my case have changed my feelings about the police and even if  during the next terrorist attack which I'm sure there'll be good cops that are heroic I still never heal the wounds and damage from just trying to get medical care at a doctors office which was supposed to be safe  and the damage done me by receptionist office managers running punched my head as well as her employer and the NYPD Internal Affairs involved,  never.   There is a situation happening right now involving my case but I cannot discuss it with you yet stay tuned but you will learn about it and I will be filing a second lawsuit in November naming the original defendants plus Mr. Bratton and Mr Reznick as well as others.  

Today is a heart breaking day.  I hope to rest your part of it and be careful because it has been two weeks since my last period, I am menstruating yet again and I don't want to end up in emergency room or anemic so I'm going to rest and be careful to eat food high in iron. 

I remember the long lines outside the hospital 9-11 but not of victims but of good souls that wanted to help!!  

Prayers to all the good souls the brave souls that died that day in the air on the airplanes being heroic to the rescue workers all loved ones that died and everyone that did good good deeds that day and the days following your remembered.  Prayers past present future. 

I got my period for the second time in two weeks and I'm bleeding a lot and I have to rest I'm going to try and do two things today with people that make me happy if I can find the strength but most of all prayers to the families that are survivors have to grow old with their left ribs that died September 11.   

The 911 tech system is $2.1 billion taxpayer Titanic a boondoggle a series of crimes in the city of New York are pretending that there was no crime just mismanagement it's a crime and if we have a large terrorist attack or a natural disaster  which I pray we don't the system will collapse yet again.
