NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly Internal Affairs Corrupt Fraud
Commissioner Kelly why is "coercion" beyond the scope and understanding
of Lt Agnes and his supervisors who's names have been with held and won't
return my calls along with IAB an entire department called IAB Internal Affairs can't or won't understand I was coerced in to dropping charges and fixed this they way Det Vergona and Dwyer and supervisors fixed me being savagely assaulted at Dr Andrew Fagelman.
I was never contacted in 90 days re: any of the men I named as responsible for fixing this crime and IAB never sent me a letter case is closed.
The Public Advocate's office called in March and like me where told the case was open when in fact IAB had farmed Det John Vergona's criminal behavior to Lt Agnes who is yet another corrupt figure in a growing list covering up corruption and coercion, abuse of power and the fact I was violently assaulted and the NYOD fixed it making key members party to a crime which IAB has covered up.
Kelly added more employees like we have more systems in place for the 911 tech system 2 billion plus tax dollars and the corrupt 911 tech system does not work properly.
NYPD and IAB are corrupt and if you want to report IAB corruption you have to report it to IAB.
How many named in my lawsuit retired or like Kelly, Winski and Campisi are about to?

Ray Kelly's IAB is a fraud who does not

I reported as John Doe since their names with held,
DI Ed Winski, Lt Angelo Burgos, Sgt Chen supervisor that
said I could come in and report Dr Andrew Fagelman's
receptionist office manager filled a false cross complaint.
I hope to testify in front of a new commission in to NYPD corruption that focuses on Internal Affairs as well.
To learn today Lt Agnes fixed this and his mantra the same as IAB Sgt Mary o'Donnell is proof Chief
Campisi runs a corrupt IAB that fixes corrupt criminal actions for corrupt NYPD in my opinion.
IAB does not understand a simple word "coercion" but fixing crime is something IAB did in my case regarding my complaints these NYPD fixed a violent crime for Dr Andrew Fagelman's violent lying receptionist and IAB fixed it for all involved and if I have a problem with this I have to report it to IAB proof City of NY and Kelly, Campisi are more Han negligent.
I am numb and in shock traumatized and sickened with one shocker after the next.
When I read Delita Hooks false criminal complaint a crime NYPD and IAB are covering up and her false allegations and medical reports I will be sickened again.
