NYPD PO EUGENE SCHATZ ARRESTED DRUNK DRIVING OCT 2019 but until Federal Investigators make arrests for conspiring as a group to COERCE ME Illegally downgrade all crimes to zero crimes by falsifying police reports and more I don't have justice but that's a baby step in the right direction Karma baby step -- someone in my case arrested!

Delita Hooks letter in response to Ron Kuby's short hand for Suzannah Troy is being coerced -Delita Hooks letter to NYPD Detective Andrew Dwyer threatens a 2nd false cross complaint! NYPD Lt Angelo Burgos signed off on it with NYPD Ed Winski's knowledge and top brass including Internal Affairs protecting a pile-up of crimes including a series of threats, falsified police reports coercion. Corp Counsel lawyers including Zachary Carter lied in legal documents again protecting all crimes, obstructing Justice yet again and protecting violations of my Civil Rights!

The Detectives in my case Det Vergona and Det Andy Dwyer, their partners, and supervisors and facebook friends NYPD PO Eugene Schatz aka Gene Schatz and Det Tommy Moran were party to the fact Verogna was lying in his DD5s and was going to verbally violently threaten me over the phone because the cowardly criminal detectives and supervisors did not have it in them to commit the crimes they committed and face me but they did use Ron Kuby's letter to pretend they dd not commit crimes and Internal Affairs has protected them along w/ top brass all party to retaliation.

I had respected the NYPD until NYPD PO Gene Schatz and his facebook friends Detective Andrew Dwyer and Det John Vergona, with their partners, and supervisors DI Ed Winski, Lt Angelo Burgos and Sgt Chen did a bait and switch downgrading their crimes and Delita HOOKS crimes to no crimes. Google Dr Fagelman assault and see Delita HOOKS in action but she wasn't done breaking laws and the NYPD detectives and supervisors joined in and did Dr Andrew Fagelman quite a favor since he did not fire his violent, manipulative attack receptionist and when a private investigator asked Dr Fagelman did you talk to the NYPD he said "no comment" aka he would implicate himself in the crimes of arranging for Delita HOOKS to walk in and commit a crime filing a false cross complaint and Dr Fagelman was party to even more crimes, Det John VERGONA was going to violently threaten me over the phone with false arrest on a Saturday 4pm only for the utmost retaliation and even fabrication of crimes which Eric Garner outlines in his own case 4 years ago....
These corrupt evil people would teach be about the real NYPD and how they break laws, do fixing and favors and all these years Internal Affairs protected these crimes along with Corp Counsel Zachary Carter lied in my case and his predecessor before him! I lodged yet another complaint against Internal Affairs after I learned they let Det. John Vergona and his supervisor Lt. Burgos retire as well as Lt. Agnes of the -- try not to laugh" the integrity bureau which told me Lt Agnes has no supervisor!



WATCH THIS VIDEO -- WHY WOULD I DROP CHARGES?  IAB KNOWS THE TRUTH BUT COVERED UP DET JOHN VERGONA COERCING ME TO DROP CHARGES. SO I WHO DO I GO TO REPORT DET JOHN VERGONA COMMITED A CRIME?  IAB COVERED UP FOR HIM SO NOW IAB IS INVOLVED IN COERCION AS WELL?


Today I called and said unlike the NYPD and Internal Affairs I did not understand until this past Friday that Det John Vergona commited a crime coercing me the victim of a violent crime in to dropping charges against Delita Hooks.

I told the NYPD IAB officer who is really just like a 311 operator -- paid big bucks to answer the call and take the message and this guy is better than average but I told him

I caught Internal Affairs with their pants down.

You let Det John Vergona retire knowing full well he coerced me -- that he commited a crime so who do I report that to...that IAB is directly involved, bosses at IAB in this.

I want Vergona arrested for coercing me to drop charges and I want all NYPD involved to be punished and Delita Hooks to be arrested for a false cross complaint.

I was told my complaint from last week was open but I said again I have caught IAB with their pants down because all of my complaints against IAB required that IAB contact me within 90 days and they never did except for one.

I have never been contacted by IAB who let Det John Vergona who commited a serious crime and I caught him -- he coerced me to drop charges and I have proof.

Why would I drop the charges with the video that now has 15,325 views?

I caught Internal Affairs Bureau with their pants down fixing a violent crime at Dr. Andrew Fagelman's office and fixing Det John Vergona committing a crime coercing me to drop charges and than IAB let him retire!  A key player in allowing Vergona to retire was Lt. Agnes in my opinion also a corrupt evil man who would not return my calls and did not take my threat of reaching out to the Feds seriously.

Well now Agnes has been served with a lawsuit and even the fact IAB gave this to him proves IAB didn't take this seriously and or gave it to him to fix close.....I have Lt. Mary O'Donnell refuse to her caught on audio recorded with her permission refusing to even entertain the idea I was coerced she says you got a top criminal attorney and dropped the charges "CASE CLOSED".

I implied she was corrupt as well because WHY would I drop the charges with the video proof, medical records and photos before and after....

I also told the IAB caller I will never let go.  I have already subponea the IAB file on me and I want all the names of every IAB officer involved in fixing this including letting Det John Vergona required because Friday I finally got it -- a light bulb went off in my head......  I finally got it that Det John Vergona commited a crime coercing me and IAB fixed that crime.

I told them even if the guys that fixed this in IAB retire I will never let this go.   I will testify against them in front of a new Commission in to NYPD corruption and I will start by reporting all of this to the NYPD Inspector General next year.

IAB is so corrupt in my opinion they don't care but either did Lt. Agnes who never returned my calls.

I wonder if Lt. Agnes regrets not actually investigating my allegations?  Does Lt. Burgos regret not answering my emails and giving me their badge numbers and or looking in to why did Vergona fix this crime and coerce me in to dropping charges.

Ron Kuby told me Det John Vergona wanted to punish me.   If IAB takes not of Kuby than IAB might want to investigate why Vergona wanted to punish me and why he insisted I wait 4 days to be false arrested.

I ask IAB 11 months did Det Vergona and associates contacted Delita Hooks to turn herself in when I agreed to be false arrested twice.  My guess is no because they gave her special treatment meeting her and not me so the fix was in but COERCION IS A CRIME AND NOW I UNDERSTAND FULLY I CAUGHT INTERNAL AFFAIRS IN FIXIG A CRIME FOR A DIRTY COP DET JOHN VERGONA WHO COERCED ME IN TO DROPPING CHARGES.

IAB CAUGHT WITH THEIR PAINTS DOWN FIXING A VIOLENT CRIME AT A MEDICAL OFFICE AND ALSO FIXING A CRIME COMMITED BY DET JOHN VERGONA.

WHO DO I GO TO REPORT IAB CAUGHT FIXING A CRIME FOR DET JOHN VERGONA?
LAST TIME I CHECKED I HAVE TO CALL IAB....HOW CORRUPT IS THAT.

IN ALMOST 1 YEARS IAB NEVER CONTACTED ME AND CLOSED THE CASE LETTING VERGONA RETIRE.  IAB SHOULD NOT HAVE ALLOWED DET JOHN VERGONA RETIRED BUT IAB IS NOW IN MY OPINION AS GUILTY AS HIM.
