To date the FBI has done nothing on behalf of my case and all New Yorkers victims of NYPD and Internal Affairs abuses to my knowledge.

Based on the NYPD and IAB’s treatment of me and Mr. Ray Kelly whom I now call KKK Ray based on the many YouTubes I have seen of unwarranted Stop and Frisks, alleged violence and intimidation completely violating the oath the NYPD took to uphold The Constitution along with how many People like me victims of other NYPD Creative Policing part of what I call Economic Racism with the NYPD as enforcers — the NYPD use “coercion” as a policing tool, the NYPD need a new psych evaluation test because too many rapists, liars willing to testifle, drug traffickers and gun traffickers like NYPD PO Mina who stole guns out of other NYPD’s lockers to murderers are on the force and Internal Affairs has taught me first hand the Police cannot Police the police.

Mr. Bratton despite having Mr. Reznick vetted was unaware that Mr. Reznick is named in a lawsuit where a brave NYPD officer testified Mr. Reznick now head of IAB called an NYPD Whistle Blower a rat.

I know the letter is too long but bottom line PLEASE HELP US GET A NEW COMMISSION IN TO NYPD AND INTERNAL AFFAIRS BUREAU CORRUPTION.

I am suing the NYPD and IAB in Federal Court right now and Ray Kelly and Charles Campisi no longer with the NYPD defended the indefensible which includes COERCION a serious crime, alleged anti-Semitism and misogyny,

verbal violence, Det John Vergona refusing to meet me the victim but the NYPD meeting my attacker, Det John Vergona stating I don’t care if you have two black eyes and his fabricated DD5 a summary of a phone conversation and this video alone proves his DD5 a fabrication as well a phone records from through out the date and emails including from Apple Corporation that there was a lot Det Vergona omitted.

In light of the NYPD 9-11 fake disability, the NYPD Steroid HGH Scandal, I continue to ask the FBI and IAB to investigate whether Dr Andrew Fagelman of 155 Spring St made any calls to the NYPD, to retired NYPD or to a Bill Rudin type who has a retired NYPD commander on the payroll I caught trying to fix the tickets.

In the NYPD Ramos case Internal Affairs Sgt caught trying to tip off PBA about the ticket fixing favors scandals and PBA implicated.

I was all threatened on YouTube called a confrontative cunt and told if I took any legal action the tables would be turned on me and Det Vergona did not bat an eye and made the threat come true.  Google subpoena and the FBI could get down to the bottom of who made that threat to a victim — me of the most savage attacker EVER in the history of NYC USA and no arrest — if this ls a lawyer — did he ghost write Delita Hooks letter to her NYPD pals threatening me yet again if I ever came forward with yet another false cross complaint which her pals sealed in under 1 year.

IF this is a real lawyer he needs to be disbarred and his connections to the NYPD PBA and anyone in IAB to date who has not done anything — needs to be investigated.

The NYPD tell me I can’t upgrade to 2nd degree assault and attempt to report Delita Hooks false cross complaint yet again because now I am suing but lawyers say not true that the NYPD can take action.

I have asked Mr. Kelly and Mr Bratton to please move my case out of the First Precinct Det Squad yet I allege if my last name was Bloomberg or sad to say even DeBlasio the police department would have done something.

I allege Mr. Kelly’s administration acted against me because I am a whistle blower including on 911 which like IAB is a huge cost to the tax payers, a big mess and both 911  IAB needs to be investigated.\

Look at lawsuit below and see I don't havs badge numbers and I requested the badge numbers of those who's names I did have from Commissioner Ray Kelly deputy inspector Winski Chief Esposito and Lt Angela Burco's and none would answer me.

I called the detective squad and detectives would say we don't have Vergona and Chen 'a badge number. I did not know Delita Hooks detectives because they never contacted me. 

Mike Bloomberg, Ray Kelly, Chief Campisi --- Mike Bloomberg says People have a right to walk down the street and not be mugged or killed,  how about medical care at Dr Andrew Fagemlan's where Delita Hooks savage attack left me with a hole in my retina, cervical damage and relief she didn't kill me but the NYPD and Internal Affairs helped her and the NYPD that fixed this violent crime including Det John COERCING me in to dropping charges also a crime get away with everything but murder.
