- NYPD Internal Affairs Ramos PBA IAB tipped off PBA -- as I wait for the NYPD and IAB to stop fixing my case I look back
Here I am being attacked --- a hole in my retina -- permanent damage to my eye and neck - no arrest but it gets worse when I catch the NYPD coercing me, sealing my attackers false cross complaint in under a year, thanks to the Corp Counsel lawyer I got Det John Vergona's fabricated DD5 from the first day we spoke -- the video proves what he wrote is a fabrication but it gets worse since I have phone records and emails proving he did a lot more than just tell me he did not care if I had two black eyes and repeatedly refused to meet me to see the damage to my eye, neck, defensive wounds to my arm....but the NYPD did meet with my attacker not me. Why the special treatment for a medical office and why were the NYPD and IAB so confident they could sweep this under the rug.
Unless the dept takes action and they haven't except to continue to protect the guilty because my last name is Bloomberg or BloombdeBlasio they just push me to work even harder to get a new Commission and permanent outside monitor in to the NYPD and Internal Affairs because the message I am getting is the police cannot police the police.
Read the about section of the YouTube to see Dr Fagelman's receptionist/office manager Delita Hooks false cross complaint. So why did IAB send this to the Integrity Unit and than let Det John Vergona retire?
