The retired Honorable Judge Mollen of the Mollen Commission said we need a permanent outside monitor of the NYPD.
We do and every 20 years it is clear we need a commission.
The time has come.
By the way Vallone find did fist grade math on ECTP 911 Tech corruption and does admit that going over budget 1 billion 3 million dollars on a 1 billion dollar budget may have left some room from stealing.
That from a guy that got over a million dollars in slush money from Bloomberg (with puppet Quinn's blessing) to push through an illegal third term.

Watch me be violently assaulted at Dr. Andrew Fagelman's office 155 Spring St. Det John Vergona in my opinion a corrupt dirty cop and he had help coerced me in dropping charges against Delita Hooks against my will but first I agreed to be false arrested with Vergona using Delita Hooks false cross complaint as the video proves but than Vergona decided I had to wait 4 days until Saturday to be false arrested for refusing to drop charges. Det John Vergona yelled you are going to drop the charges.
I repeatedly refused. Det. John Vergona refused to explain to me why I had to wait 4 days to be false arrested. I asked why? Arrest the Jew on the Sabbath? Are you anti-Semitic?
He refused to answer.
By Friday MD found hole in my retina, my neck in a brace cervical damage from attack, and Vergona knew I had a collapse bladder not from the assault but from tumor my point being in my opinion Vergona wanted me to suffer even more hardship for not dropping charges when the video clearly shows Dr. Fagelman's receptionist clearly threatening me with bodily harm when she clearly could have closed the door.

Did Dr. Fagelman call 1800 NYPD PBA IAB fix it? Just me wondering since Internal Affairs Bureau has had my case since Det. John Vergona forced me to drop the charges because I couldn't endure a false arrest and a weekend imprisionment that seems to me falls under the United Nation's definition of torture or pretty close to it.
Delita Hooks has yet to be arrested for assault and a false cross complaint and it now 8 months.
The detectives that took her false cross complaint never contacted me. How is that for investigating Delita Hooks slanderous and false cross complaint? Det. John Vergona repeatedly refused to meet me and never has despite his confusion on which eye Delita Hooks took a running punch to.
The point is the NYPD and their supervisors fixed this violent crime.
I have audio of the 01 Precinct turning me away preventing me from filing a false cross complaint.
I have audio of an IAB officer refusing to allow me to fax her an email that proves Ron Kuby's letter to NYPD is not what I agreed to. I agreed to drop the charges if the "receptionist" dropped her "alleged" charges" but truly any IAB investigator can see I was threatened with bodily harm and savagely assaulted and if they have integrity would have to ask why did I drop charges and she refuses to even entertain that question -- you can hear her say cay close.
CCRB refused to bring all those including DI Winski in to question them on my allegations they were discourteous sending everything to IAB who can keep everything secret while CCRB;s questioning the NYPD would be under oath and accessible to me.
I emailed the Commission to Combat Police Corruption NYC gov and like CCRB and IAB they left me wondering how much do we pay them, what perks do they get and what results?

There are three videos that in my opinion prove police corruption and so far how every NYC gov agency etc has failed me.
Without laser surgery to repair damage to my retina I would have gone blind. I had a messed up cervical spine put after Delita Hooks assault and battery far worse and the PTS from Dr. Fagelman not firing her to being lied about to the NYPD's role has damaged me as well.....
The NYPD need an outside monitor.
