NYPD PO EUGENE SCHATZ ARRESTED DRUNK DRIVING OCT 2019 but until Federal Investigators make arrests for conspiring as a group to COERCE ME Illegally downgrade all crimes to zero crimes by falsifying police reports and more I don't have justice but that's a baby step in the right direction Karma baby step -- someone in my case arrested!

Delita Hooks letter in response to Ron Kuby's short hand for Suzannah Troy is being coerced -Delita Hooks letter to NYPD Detective Andrew Dwyer threatens a 2nd false cross complaint! NYPD Lt Angelo Burgos signed off on it with NYPD Ed Winski's knowledge and top brass including Internal Affairs protecting a pile-up of crimes including a series of threats, falsified police reports coercion. Corp Counsel lawyers including Zachary Carter lied in legal documents again protecting all crimes, obstructing Justice yet again and protecting violations of my Civil Rights!

The Detectives in my case Det Vergona and Det Andy Dwyer, their partners, and supervisors and facebook friends NYPD PO Eugene Schatz aka Gene Schatz and Det Tommy Moran were party to the fact Verogna was lying in his DD5s and was going to verbally violently threaten me over the phone because the cowardly criminal detectives and supervisors did not have it in them to commit the crimes they committed and face me but they did use Ron Kuby's letter to pretend they dd not commit crimes and Internal Affairs has protected them along w/ top brass all party to retaliation.

I had respected the NYPD until NYPD PO Gene Schatz and his facebook friends Detective Andrew Dwyer and Det John Vergona, with their partners, and supervisors DI Ed Winski, Lt Angelo Burgos and Sgt Chen did a bait and switch downgrading their crimes and Delita HOOKS crimes to no crimes. Google Dr Fagelman assault and see Delita HOOKS in action but she wasn't done breaking laws and the NYPD detectives and supervisors joined in and did Dr Andrew Fagelman quite a favor since he did not fire his violent, manipulative attack receptionist and when a private investigator asked Dr Fagelman did you talk to the NYPD he said "no comment" aka he would implicate himself in the crimes of arranging for Delita HOOKS to walk in and commit a crime filing a false cross complaint and Dr Fagelman was party to even more crimes, Det John VERGONA was going to violently threaten me over the phone with false arrest on a Saturday 4pm only for the utmost retaliation and even fabrication of crimes which Eric Garner outlines in his own case 4 years ago....
These corrupt evil people would teach be about the real NYPD and how they break laws, do fixing and favors and all these years Internal Affairs protected these crimes along with Corp Counsel Zachary Carter lied in my case and his predecessor before him! The New York Times article makes it clear that NYC Gov spends a fortune mega millions on Internal Affairs and yet the Police cannot police the police.   Read the article -- it is damning.

 What you find is that Internal Affairs is spending more time and tax payer money pushing paper than investigating crime and I am living proof that IAB is corrupt and the political arm of Ray Kelly protecting the NYPD brand.

 So how is IAB corruption just like 911 Tech corruption...

 The money factor....

 The more money we pour in to these corrupt disasters impacting innocent victims --- the more convoluted and complicated the 911 Tech System and Internal Affairs Bureau are and guess what they don't work properly!

 NYPD's Internal Affairs, CityTime Crime, and 911 Tech corurption ---

 the more mega millions we poured in to these corrupt entities the more failures and the more corrupted they become!!!!!!

 911 1 billion dollars over budget and NYC gov handed NASA 14 million dollars and you can't even text 911 let alone expect a prompt response.

 You begin to question the back room deals fixing and favors and kick backs.

 Sure I wonder if Dr Fagelman called 1800 NYPD Fix it and the NYPD and IAB sure act like they get Viagra from Dr fagelman who was confident for some reason he did not have to fire Delita Hooks after her savage attack a running punch to my eye as I held bags, 2 bags one heavy, my phone and my arm was numb as she hit me like a human pinatta and ripped my hair out and kicked me repeatedly ignoring her pals orders to let go of me as she continued to damage my cervical spine pulling and ripping at my hair and NO ARREST.
The NYPD with Delita Hooks  but refused to meet with me treating me like a Jew in the early stages of Nazi Germany.

 The NYPD are guilty and now I have caught IAB as guilty fixing for the corrupt cops involved and Delita Hooks continues to sit at the front desk of a long closed off counter.
Does she have any friends or relatives in the NYPD as well?

 No doubt IAB was embarrassed by me the only one courageous enough to report IAB can't even get the NYPD parking placards out to the force on time always taking 3 extra months to issue them to the entire force.  I caught IAB in more than one cover-up for the First Precinct but this is the worse and Ray Kelly is protecting IAB, the NYPD Brand and 911 Tech corruption for Bloomberg like he is hoping for a lot more free rides on Air Bloomberg.

 Why hasn't Delita Hooks been arrested for assault and False cross complaint.
IAB hasn't notified Capt Timoney to arrest Delita Hooks but IAB so far has let Det John Vergona and his supervisor retire.

I was violently assaulted by a supposed medical receptionist office manager who had no right to touch my body besides her crazy verbal assault and hand gesture violating my patient rights.  Dr  Andrew Fagelman's violent lying receptionist is not arrested for assault and false cross complaint.  She made a hole in my retina and IAB let Det John Vergona who coerced me in to dropping charges retire. Coercion is a crime and IAB doesn't arrest him.   IAB doesn't think it strange that the NYPD including supervisors involved rushed to seal up Delita Hooks false allegations, false cross complaint a crime along with assault and by sealing up their crimes they wanted to bury their crime coercion like a dead body.

Over Ten Thousand People have watched this video and agree the NYPD must have a special relationship with the MD's office and also the NYPD were sending me a message as well and I happen to be a 911 Whistle Blower still calling for a criminal investigation in to 911.

I once admired Ray Kelly but now to me he in my opinion is part of a crime where a hole was made in my retina and I contacted him repeatedly.   He did more than nothing.

Read this on Ray Kelly who took free rides on Air Bloomberg and when Ray isn't allowed to take a free cup of coffee from a diner.

Ray did take my Justice Card as I waited to go testify and so did NYPD Chief Dowd before I testified but Cas Holloway and NYPD Chief Dowd didn't stay for civilian testimony including Ariel Russo's parents and NYPD Chief Dowd refused to take my testimony although the FDNY counterpart did.

Why?

Remember after 311 and 911 failed during Hurricane Sandy Ray Kelly came out defending the 2 billion plus Tax Payer Titanic 911 stating it works!!!!!!!!    Ray explain why I am the 2nd 911 Whistle Blower to fall victim of NYPD creative policing by The First Precinct Det Squad.  The First Precinct guards City Hall (corruption) and the first whistle blower had filed 3 complaints against a retired NYPD Sgt who happens to be an advisor on the 911 Tech corruption so no wonder NYPD Chief Dowd does not want to take my testimony.

My lawsuit states I am the 2nd whistle blower to be a victim of creative policing by the first precinct det squad and I reference CityTime --- IAB is just another corrupt entity protecting the NYPD brand robbing us of a fortune on tax payer money just like 911 delivering little for such a huge price tag actually IAB and 911 by not doing what it's suppose to do puts all our lives in more danger.
