Did Dr Andrew Fagelman have an idea that Delita Hooks has anger management problems, a serious attitude problem as the first Yelp review posted by a woman that lies him stated the staff bi-polar and she was berated. When Dr Andrew Fagelman was questioned by my private investigator he did not ask if I was okay. I have a hole in my retina from the attack, massive amount of floaters from her grabbing me by the hair and repeatedly yanking my neck. Dr Andrew Fagelman stated I was not his patient. He did not care that it was his office and his employee repeatedly violated my patient rights and than my body.

I know about the nurse practitioner who was very uncomfortable with both Dr Andrew Fagelman and Delita Hooks and asked to be removed.
I know she is a violent liar and Dr Andrew Fagelman knows she attacked me, refused to fire her after my MD Dr Kathleen Vine demanded Delita Hooks be fired. She and her partner moved out 2 weeks later and I gather one reason is she can't have her patients being punched their patient rights and body repeatedly violated and than lied about and even threatened in a signed letter to the NYPD.
If you have any info on the harassment me being discussed and discussion of posting yelp reviews discussing me and lying about especially involving their lying to the NYPD. I have proof the NYPD lied in police reports and audios.
