Occasional IAB, NYPD and DA cannot cover up for NYPD sickos, crooks and have to arrest them...this is one case and more proof we need better screening, new psych evals and lie detector tests....
Please google Dr Andrew Fagelman assault and see his receptionist Delita Hooks came out from behind a long closed off reception desk to continue to violate my patient rights rather than apologize or closed the door she ended up doing a running punch to my head -(not fired or arrested) - the camera goes black as she makes a hole in my retina and grabbed my hair trying to pull me down the hall not fired or arrested because the NYPD IAB andDA retaliated against me for this blog.
My attacker also signed a letter to the NYPD threatening me and IAB Sgt Mary O'Donnell read it to me instead of taking to the DA or what is really needed a special prosecutor.
My attacker filed a false cross complaint as well.
We need a new commission in to NYPD IAB DA corruption

"A Queens police officer has been convicted of propositioning a pair of women, who were really undercover detectives, offering to pay them for sex, according to the Queens district attorney's office.
The NYPD officer, 39-year-old Luis Gutierrez, first approached a dancer -- and undercover detective -- while on duty on Feb. 27, 2013. He offered her money in exchange for sex, according to the DA's office.
The next day, Gutierrez spoke on the phone to a second undercover detective, who was posing as a 16-year-old girl. He also propositioned her, according to the DA's office..."
Is the Queens DA finally being forced to stop covering up for the NYPD like the Queens DA did in the Adrian Schoolcraft case refusing to put NYPD Chief Marino and Capt. in front of a grand jury? Gee I wonder why?
