Some are allowed to retire and NYPD Sgt Chen is allowed to survive the First precinct Det Squad for 3 years until the day before I serve him they rotate him out AND THE NYPD CONTINUE TO HIDE SGT CHEN'S BADGE NUMBER AND FIRST NAME.
