 Posted this  part about Ray Kelly under his new book (I would recommend you not buy this book -- it's full of lies and dishonesty as is he I wants (should say I once)  respected him (Kelly)  but you should know that my Dad  a World War II veteran and Scholar who also respected him died knowing that Ray Kelly  protected me being treated like a Jew in the early stages of Nazi Germany by corrupt Det John Vergona of the First Precinct.

Ray Kellyis the devil incarnate like his puppet pal Charles Campisi who use  Ron Kuby's letter to pretend  the NYPD Internal Affairs did not commit crimes in my case.

 I'm confident G-d and karma will get them both like an elderly Nazi hiding out till you're 90 and then there's a knock on their door.

 Well the detectives and their supervisors including Lt Angelo Burgos, Sgt Chen  hit their faces from me we didn't meet me lied about me they had like Ku Klux Klan member.  Internal fares it was a joke they forwarded my case to the integrity unit checked Lieutenant michael J  Agnese  I was told by subordinates has no supervisors refused to meet me even though IAB Sergeant Decker  said he would interview everybody and I said hey that was with the detective told me and he lied and wouldn't meet me,  I refuse to interview my doctor and her assistant I asked for help - he  he said they didn't witness the attack but in fact they did witness part of it -  do you assistant saw my attacker the receptionist office manager menacing me following me and my doctor came to me after I was attacked bleeding offered me assistance and went right to the rich doctor who's off it was it is and demanded my attacker Delita Hooks be fired.


 To lie to the police during an open investigation is a crime which certain members of the doctors office did including my attacker who also signed a letter to her NYPD fixers openly threatening me and warned me to not come back and file second-degree assault charges or she would finally get another false cross-complaint but she didn't have to worry and I'm guessing Joe Tacopina script at that stupid threatening letter to match his C word  Youtube sock puppet threat because Charles Campisi and all the Chiefs and everyone involved were never going to allow me to Report second-degree assault upgrading my crime when I finally was alerted again by that another honest Police officer almost see year later I could go report second degree assault Chief Banks and  Lieutenant Gannon backed up the supervisors at the 1st Precinct you said I cannot upgrade to second-degree assault because I'm suing me NYPD and that they don't allow you to upgrade when you're s backed up the supervisors at the 1st Precinct you said I cannot upgrade to second-degree assault because I'm suing me NYPD and that they don't allow you to upgrade when you r suing.

NYPD Bill Bratton Chief Reznick Big Lawsuit Coming Their Way ?    After almost 2 years of calling up getting a status check on Det John Vergona coercing complaint and I an public advocate Bill de Blasio being told the case was open -- I told Judge Nathan the case was closed -- they are lying in my opinion and link other cases to my case -- Internal Affairs now says there was not complaint of coercion -- no police crime and that IAB forwarded the case to the Dept of Health Nov 22, 2012.  I was just told that for the first time in what is almost 2 years of calling so I was lied to and Bill De Basio Public Advocate and I caught IAB in an EVEN BIGGER CORRUPTION.

I was coerced and threatened...I was the victim of verbal violence by the NYPD specifically Det John Vergona.  I know for a fact Lt. Agnes got the case -- it was forwarded to him --- "the integrity bureau" He would not interview me even though IAB Sgt Decker stated he would and I was told by Lt Agnes assistants he has no supervisor.  He told IAB allegations unfounded and IAB let him retire.

CCRB also forwarded my cased to IAB alleging possible criminal activity by the NYPD and now I alleged IAB has gone back and cooked the books to cover-up coercion and IAB has committed a bigger crime!

The odds are very high I will be suing Bill Bratton and Chief Reznick but I am waiting for a letter from IAB which in almost 2 years has still yet to be delivered to me so I can file a claim of notice with the NYPD comptrollers office.

Public Advocate Bill de Blasio's rep sent me her report from IAB my case was open -- I have the FOIL  copy but now I found Internal Affairs has gone back and allegedly "cooked the books".  

I gave the IAB officer the complaint number Det John Vergona coerced me.  Almost 2 years later the books I allege have been cooked and now it says Nov 22, 2012 my allegations were forwarded to The Dept of Health.

Mayor de Blasio than Public Advocate rep called IAB and I have foiled reports from his office as well as my numerous calls and it is listed in my Federal Lawsuit that IAB stated the case if open.

INTERNAL AFFAIRS NOW STATES I NEVER PUT COMPLAINT NUMBER 12-5591# AS COERCION AND THAT THIS WAS NOT A POLICE OFFICE AT ALL BUT A MEDICAL ISSUE AND SENT IT TO DEPT OF HEALTH  nov 22, 2012.

IAB has the video, Delita Hooks false cross complaint, her signed letter threatening me to her NYPD pals and nows there is a federal lawsuit but literally brazenly I am alleging just cooked the books to say I never called in COERCION when I have how many emails reporting COERCION and her false cross complaint and IAB NEVER SENT ME AN OFFICIAL LETTER AND STILL HAS NOT because they don't want me filing another lawsuit which I promise to do.

I was suppose to get a letter from IAB who keeps linking my complaints to the first complaint.  

I have been lied to for a long time stating the case is open. Now a new lie.  

I said the complaint was I was coerced.  I asked for a supervisor and didn't get one.  I am on hold again. 

I told her I have a right to speak to a supervisor and a supervisor does not want to get on the phone for fear of being named in the lawsuit. 

I am still on hold.

Finally I am told a supervisor will get on the phone...


7:10  I am transferred to voicemail.

I leave a message stating the above --- plus I was to get a letter from IAB and I never got it -- as soon as I get a case closed letter I file a notice of claim.  I said it appears a supervisor does not want to get on the phone.  I will call back and than call Bill Bratton's office.

Calling again Internal Affairs no answer.

Bloomberg Legacy More Tarnish 911 CityTime NYPD corruption to visit de Blasio Administration

CityTime is still not over...Will Robbins and Geller shed more light on the corruption as they continue to fight for SAIC shareholders screwed but what I allege was years of thievery pre Denault starting from SAIC 'a entre with Rudy Giuliani who's deputy mayors later became lobbyists for SAIC.

It is like selling out St Vincent 's Hospital to Rudin Luxury Condos all of City Council except Charles Barron voted for luxury condos instead of a Trauma Level 1 hospital, a Rape Crisis Centrr and AIDS care.
