I voted for mayor de Blasio because I thought he would not be part of the corruption the fixing the favors but he is as bad as mayor Bloomberg covering up 911 tech corruption in the biggest crime ever his finance guy Mark peters is now the head of Dept Of investigation and he's protecting a pile up of crimes that include retaliating against me for blowing the whistle Mark peters wouldn't even talk to me about it he told me to talk to Internal Affairs Drugs 911 tech corruption including top NYPD taking craft as contractors delivered late he just said talk to Internal Affairs and I told her to tell him Iam suing Internal Affairs. 

 I am praying we have no terror attacks here.  We've had enough already but it could happen at any time if it was large scale or series of attacks the 911 system will go down just like it did September 11 because Rudy Giuliani couldn't be bothered to move the emergency command center and he 11 years to do it  and cashed in as a mythological hero of September 11.

Tonight is Passover I'm exhausted I feel like I can barely move and I over ate experimenting on vegan potato latkes and matzoh ball soup or eggless free of animal suffering...

But again and again I am just stunned I return to being savagely assaulted at Dr Andrew Fagelman and I did some digging much I'm right but he may be the son of a rich doctor from Scarsdale which kind of makes everything even worse because how could he not understand patient rights and patient rights applied all patients and said he and his violent line receptionist/office manager who have a very unusual relationship want to run that office like at studio 54 with mediocre art at best and must  more appropriate for a hair salon  pointed out by one of their many critics...

Delita Hooks is far worse and more dangerous than the crazy lady in the backseat of the Uber who threatened to punch herself  and report the innocent driver for rape when he didn't rape her and what was her motive that didn't have a charger for her phone which was like the crazy violent lying Delita Hooks --  it wasn't that I didn't have a charger it was that I asked would you consider paper cups instead of Styrofoam and once she committed a series of crimes and her friends in the medical PJs life for her conspired with her and none of them offered assistance and none of them stopped her from the physical P down and they lied to the police during an open investigation with Dr Andrew Fagelman conspired to have me threatened  and the corrupt NYPD detective squad those involved including supervisors were willing to break the laws just like with activist Jose LaSalle  caught on audio them laughing and crowing with joy they finally had Jose and they were trying to figure out if they could put felony charges on him.

The NYPD already fabricated a mutual sold the detective slide and police reports erasing everything I said and ignoring ny1 d public member marks  police reports which is supervisor signed off on as well as video evidence and photo evidence but they didn't care because I knew Internal Affairs would protect them.

I had a bad dream that my apartment shared a communal area with corrupt police officers that I had to see every day and I realize is in that New York City I mean we're living in a city with corrupt NYPD.

I believe what was done to me will be documented in films, books on corruption including NYPD corruption and 3 police commissioners, 2 Chiefs of Detectives, Internal Affairs Charles Campisi and Chief Reznick covered up a pile up of crimes because they don't like me and they made sure to not investigate who called me a cunt threatened to bury me and destroy me and I will address this in my appeal since Catherine Papandrew said they did an investigation and I will point out how the detectives and supervisors never met with me, we have audio proof Sgt Chen refuses to meet with me after admitting Delita Hooks false cross complaint is a crime and I had a right to report it.

How could the NYPD do an investigation when they refused to meet me and only met the rich MD and his attack receptionist  after his violent lying employee filed a false cross complaint.

I had a hole in my retina, floaters in both eyes from Delita Hooks repeatedly yanking my head by my hair, cervical damage and she even touched my vaginal area with her barefoot after throwing her shoes ALL OMMITED FROM DR JOHN VERGONA'S POLICE REPORTS SO NOW YOU KNOW THE TRUTH ABOUT TOP NYPD BRASS LIKE BOYCE WHO ALSO KNOWS THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE LIED DURING AN OPEN INVESTIGATION.  Top NYPD Brass and IA know I was threatened but that is how NYPD with IAB's protection and top brass's ok lower crime stats as well as dole out retaliation make crimes disappear.

Elizabeth Crowley said she would get back to me on 911 and Mark Carson's ambulance response time.   I have a super reliable witness who say the NYPD ask where is the "bus" meaning ambulance because the ambulance was slow getting there.  I testified at City Hall we need a criminal investigation and I went up to Chief Dowd who left before anyone in the public testified and he did not even want to give me his name of or tell me he was the head of NYPD tech probably because he took lavish gifts from contractors overbilling us starting with Verizon but how about HP?

I feel so sock today -- extreme exhaustion -- I have sore throat and cough so much it hurts, my throat hurts --- I happen to see the vehicles stuck on the bridge -- that bridge has no emergency lane and the fire trucks were in the middle of the bridge and I don't think there was a fire in the middle of the bridge -- if anything later it looked like a demolished car and the fire trucks could not make it over.
I don't have any way to learn what when on but I do know the bridge often has ambulances stuck in traffic and there is no special emergency set-up to make way for an ambulance or rescue vehicle.




 With all the police departments terrorism training have a prepared to have an emergency lane on these bridges like the Williamsburg Bridge so traffic and keep moving or emergency vehicles can do what they need to do ?????

The Vehicles have been stuck for at least 15 minutes or longer and they are still frozen on the Williamburg bridge.

Didnt get video of it but it looks like they took away develop the mollis car but why were the FTN truck stuck in the middle of the bridge and why were so many emergency vehicles kind of just stuck there and traffic just froze I don't think that that bridge has an emergency lane there's no way it's set up to help emergency vehicles and I've seen them log jammed

NYC NY State may be the most corrupt in the Nation or in the top 3 but an Arizona Judge put NYS and NYC to shame as every agency in NYC and how many Judges have protected NYPD IA (Internal Affairs) corruption crimes as well as obfuscation?


How does Judge Allison Nathan hold on to my case for  one year and refuse to meet?  I can only guess that she's too corrupt or was too ashamed or corrupt to face me?  


In Federal Court, Corporate counsel handed in police reports that prove that detective John Vergina lied  in Corp Counsel motion to dismiss my case  which I am now using in my New York State Supreme Court case.  Allison Nathan  has never met me she didn't have the courage to meet me?


 The police reports Corp Counsel  turned in proof that detective John Vergona  omitted Dr Andrew Fagelman's attack receptionist Delita Hooks verbally violent threat and gesturing  she said I will slap the crap out of your ass. Det John Vergona omitted that and the fact that she repeated the assaulted me  and pursued me down the hall a running punched my eye.  He lied and lied  even refusing to meet me and lying about that and his supervisors protected them it was a gangbang of retaliation and they were protected by the highest NYPD brass because I am a whistle blower gladfly what the first precinc misogynist cops call a ball buster.

I can't find the high road here I want judge Nathan and the appellate judge isn't any judge that the protects police corruption  to be treated the way I was like a Jew in the early stages in Nazi Germany.  I don't have a law degree  but I'm just stunned the corporate counsel calls judge Lynn Kotler's clerk Lorraine.  In my opinion  she's extremely nasty person  and I perceive her to be biased but I would never call her by her first name she's so nasty and they walk in and call her by her first name corp counsel sits in a row in front of us like the royalty.

Corporate counsel  was late months late responding to my case so I wrote to the judge if you can't do right by me moving my case forward because of something some technicality I made a mistake is a pro se could you at least rule a default but I fear the fix is in.
