Google Dr Fagelman assault and see Delita HOOKS in action but she wasn't done breaking laws and the NYPD detectives and supervisors joined in and did Dr Andrew Fagelman quite a favor since he did not fire his violent, manipulative attack receptionist and when a private investigator asked Dr Fagelman did you talk to the NYPD he said "no comment" aka he would implicate himself in the crimes of arranging for Delita HOOKS to walk in and commit a crime filing a false cross complaint and Dr Fagelman was party to even more crimes, Det John VERGONA was going to violently threaten me over the phone with false arrest on a Saturday 4pm only for the utmost retaliation and even fabrication of crimes which Eric Garner outlines in his own case 4 years ago....
These corrupt evil people would teach be about the real NYPD and how they break laws, do fixing and favors and all these years Internal Affairs protected these crimes along with Corp Counsel Zachary Carter lied in my case and his predecessor before him! NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton Corruption Fixing New Lawsuit?
I called one police plaza at 6am to speak to police commissioner Bratton's office to make it clear Mr Bratton ignoring me reporting 2nd degree assault, false cross complaint by Dr Fagelman's Delita Hooks, coercion, sealing her false cross complaint in under a year, Det Vergona threatening me will mean a lawsuit against him all top brass and I will testify in front of a New Commission in to NYPD and IAB that Mr Bratton violated my First Amendment rights not by gagging me but by putting his fingers in his ears.
I got hung up on. I identified myself and my phone number shows up on their recognition device so he knows who I am but the scary cat who answered "operations" hung up on me. How is that for compassion policing. Did Dr Andrew Fagelman call 1-800- NYPD fix it for me?
Mr Bratton is this compassionate policing? Oh you meant only certain people not All People are entitled to compassionate policing? That would be a violation of my 14th amendment. The police can not investigate crime if they chose to but they aren't allowed to prevent you from reporting crime. The NYPD are obligated to investigate police corruption and so far in my case they are fixing crime and I was told the NYPD are using the lawsuit as an excuse yet again to not take action. The NYPD Shares the Blame of the NY Post’s Character Assassination of Stark
Brooklyn was abuzz Sunday. Elected officials voiced their disgust with the disgraceful NY Post coverage of Menachem Stark’s murder. The internet was awake, twitter was fuming, and all fire was directed at the New York Post editors and advertisers.
But did anyone pay attention, where did Larry Celona – one of the lead reporters in the despicable cover story – get his information from?
According to sources with knowledge of the NY Post newsroom, Larry Celona is the go-to-guy with any news related to the NYPD. He has the best contacts with the high ranking officials in the NYPD, and he compiled all the garbage and slander from the “law-enforcement sources” or “investigators, speaking on condition of anonymity”. In this case an unusual amount, 4 or 5 law enforcement sources are named in this article, in such a short time frame.
Yes, this is the same Larry Celona that goofed up with the NY Post Boston bombing story, this same reporter that rushes to report stuff (Like 12 dead in Boston bombing, or FBI questioning Saudi national in Boston bombing) without vetting the information and confirming it.
But the Bigger question is: Is this what we deserve from New York City’s men in uniform, whose slogan is Courtesy, Professionalism, and Respect?
Courtesy to whom, what kind of Professionalism is this? For investigators on a job to release such derogatory statements against a victim of such a heinous crime! Respect for whom, maybe for a grieving family, for a mourning community or for some fame hungry “Urinal-ists?”
How else would a tabloid find out about a sealed arrest if not from some rats in the Police Department? and why didn’t the same rat tell him why it was sealed? because the alleged victim said Stark was innocent and refused to sign a supporting affidavit, and the Manhattan prosecutors later dropped the charge.
But what is even worse, sources say that this information was intentionally and systematically released to the NY Post by these “investigators speaking on condition of anonymity” in order to deflect some of the pressure from them to make an arrest. As part of the mission, these investigators went and smeared the character of Menachem Stark, painted him as a shady mobster, that every second person on the street would want him dead, so the investigators can claim that there are too many people of interest, to be able to make an immediate arrest.
Where is the new police commissioner Bill Bratton condemning these heinous outrageous leaks from within his department? Where is the mayor demanding action to punish those responsible for this atrocity?
At the press conference yesterday, a reporter asked Borough President Eric Adams about these NYPD leaks. Instead of addressing the issue, Mr. Adams blamed the leaks on the old administration, promising that the new Police Commissioner will crack down on leaks like these.
It’s a nice line! How about the commissioner should start right now, issue a statement to condemn these leaks and take immediate action by conducting an internal investigation on who was responsible for it? Maybe this should be his first step to send the right message to avoid these kinds of leaks in the future.
As long as this won’t happen, the NYPD shares the blame as accomplices to the NY Post in this reprehensible report, which is an insult to this grieving family and the community.

It is Jan 1 and Campisi hasn't been removed from IAB? What is taking Bratton so long?
IAB is a huge waste of tax payer money and for what pushing paper and covering up for corrupt cops like in my case I have proof I was coerced in to dropping charges. Ron Kuby's letter on my behalf short hand for my client coerced. I had a hole in my retina -- could not see properly and my neck damaged -- it is a HORROR story and thanks to Kelly and Campisi's lawyer in my opinion I have even more evidence against the NYPD and IAB including Kelly and Campisi who insisted on defending the cop that coerced me. Based on what I got from their motion to dismiss there is even more evidence he didn't fix this case in a vacuum coercing me and Kelly's lawyer told me in our first conversation the NYPD detectives sealed Delita Hooks (false) cross complaint. She left out the word false and it was sealed way under 1 year which Prof John Eterno agreed with me is unusual. I told him they sealed their crime of coercion with her crime of a false cross complaint.

She couldn't get away with that unprofessional behavior at Starbuck let alone punching a patient but Dr Fagelman did not fire her and my guess is someone very high up pulled some strings in my opinion…

If Mike Bloomberg ran his private empire they way he ran NYC gov Mike Bloomberg would be poverty level and in a luxury homeless shelter he so greatly admires. He could not afford a luxury 275 square foot mini apartment dwelling he and mega millionaire Amanda The People's Burden -- the worse city planner commissioner EVER in NYC gov history decided People that are not as rich as her should live in but it's worse than that….
Mike Blomberg's stupidity and greed has put all our lives at greater risk and our rescue workers even more so…..all because he wanted to do dealings with HP that had no 911 experience just like Rudy did with SAIC and CityTime the 2nd biggest Tax Payer Titanic that instead of Mike Bloomberg throwing away like he did Rudy's horror show "Maximus" Mike allowed a 700 million over - ride on CityTime destined for the dumpster but 911 worse.

Dear FBI Agents who should be helping us to get a new Commission in to NYPD and Internal Affairs corruption -- my phone records for 11:46 - 12 noon show me attempting to call IAB and no one picking up. I recorded on video some of my attempt and my voice mail.
I am trying to make a new complaint against IAB based on my investigation I believe or allege someone high up in IAB is involved in fixing this case as much as the NYPD that sealed Delita Hooks false cross complaint in under 1 year as I learned from Ray Kelly's lawyer who did not seem to understand what she was telling me -- FYI -- you don't see cross complaints in under a year unless you are hiding something so IAB did not pick up my calls and as a pro se litigant and a New Yorker I believe I have a right to file as many complaints against IAB as needed until IAB does their job and get status updates including as pro se.
I recorded the voice mail to play for Bratton's new IAB Chief top brass etc…..

Ray Kelly's lawyer admitted to me in our first phone conversation that Delita Hooks (false) cross complaint was sealed. I knew that sealing a false cross complaint in under a year was a sign of corruption --- that the corrupt cops sealed her false cross complaint along with their crime of coercion but
Internal Affairs some how did not understand that COERCION is a crime -- to date I have never been interviewed and never was interviewed re: coercion…
IAB did no notice that the corrupt cops sealed Delita Hooks false cross complaint?

IAB Lt. Fikru admitted the video speaks for itself but he said he he is only investigating my allegations against IAB Sgt Mary O'Donnell.
Mary O'Donnell had read Ron Kuby's letter to me and Delita Hooks letter to her NYPD pals openly threatening me but again nothing registered. O'Donnell was careful to not let me see the letters.
She gave me Det Andy Dwyer's name but I accidentally handed her my notes and she saw I spelled Dwyer "Drier" and when I called her and asked her to send back my notes -- she said she would. She did not send back my notes. I asked her to spell the detectives name and she spelled it incorrectly as I had written it proof in my opinion she is corrupt. I also believe she did not read Kuby's letter to me and Kuby never gave me a copy that I am aware of but in Ray Kelly and cops motion to dismiss their lawyer gives me Kuby's letter and it is shorthand for I am being coerced.
Kelly's and the defendants lawyer also shows us in their motion to dismiss that I fear for my safety. I learn Delita Hooks weighs at least 135 pounds and that the NYPD consider her lacking proficiency in English so who ghost wrote her letter to her NYPD pals that threatens me just like the "cunt calling" lawyer that harassed me and I allege is guilty of witness tampering Sunday night after I was asserted stating if I take ANY LEGAL action he would turn the tables on me. Det Vergona had no response to me being called a cunt and threatened and seemed to take over where the cunt calling lawyer left off after he deleted his account. The NYPD didn't seem to care and appeared to be on fixing this savage attack but I reported the cunt calling hate crime to Goolge YouTube who did care and the cunt calling lawyer who I alerted of my actions deleted his account.

That is not what PO Migori tells me and Sgt Chen refuses to come down and talk to me and he was the one who said I had a right to report the false cross complaint….. You can hear Migori say she spoke to the Sgt so she is repeating what he told her and that is not what Ray Kelly's lawyer tells me.
he said you were the one assaulted at the doctor's office sounding like he was trying to hold back laughter….
he begrudgingly told me to come in and report it that I could make a complaint.
Ray Kelly's lawyer's opposition to dismiss withhold everything to do with Det Andy Dwyer and the fact he never contacted me but the lawyer admits Det Vergona called Delita Hooks.
So the NYPD fixers met with Delita Hooks the woman who savagely attacked me and did about a 10 to 15 foot game of knock out the goal to knock me down and drag me by my hair to the elevator.
The NYPD met with my attacker -- both sets of detectives talked to her but Det Vergona refused repeatedly to meet with me to see the damage to my eye neck and defensive wounds to my arm from the key seen in the video.
The fix was in.
Det Vergona tried me like a liar -- which eye -- I said if you are confused let me show you my eye in person. He refused -- the fix was in and Det Vergona started his abuse stating I don't care if you have two black eyes at the same time I reported the fist YouTube aggravated harassment falsely blaming me and lying stating there was another video. If only there was -- you would see how beautiful I looked and how many bags I was holding and the iPhone -- and I have medical proof my arm was numb from 2 injections not that Internal Affairs was interested.
IAB has never met with me to interview on Det John Vergona Coercing me and the video and medical reports before I sued and now today IAB not picking up the phone so I video taped my efforts to call IAB with new information that confirms IAB as guilty as the NYPD in fixing.

I would never ever vote for Kelly but I am suing him in Federal Court along with the head of Internal Affairs and more NYPD officials and as I investigated I learned and I am the first to talk about it --- that the NYPD may have the smallest amount of police officers EVER for this big a population but the NYPD has the BIGGEST budget ever for tech deals and thanks to Detective John Vergona coercing me to drop charges a crime I had to research NYPD officers and look what I found….retired cops have landed consulting contractors including those that stole money from us or guess which consulting group that word is over billed us on 911 Tech corruption but hey they were not alone unable to add 1 plus 1 = we were robbed…
