I was told by Sgt Chen after he toyed with me and mocked me to come in make a complaint re: Delita Hooks false complaint. I audio taped 01 NYPD officer M turning me away. I was told by a retired NYPD Capt. Turning me away preventing me filing a complaint aggregious.

When she did the running punch to my eye she caused bleeding in the eye and a hole in my retina. I finally defended myself taking her down to the ground but she wouldn't let go kicking the heavy woman and than me. I was as far from her as I could be with her on the ground still holding my hair.
