Note: from my blog SuzannahBTroy blog-- I caught the NYPD's Internal Affairs in a whopper of a lie today and they had lied to Mr De Blasio's office when he was public advocate and me and I have the FOIL records to prove it and I had told the Federal Judge in my case they lied even than with out learning today what I learned -- which his the NYPD pretended I did not report police corruption starting with COERCION by Det Vergona and now claim almost 2 years later they forwarded my case to the NY Health Dept.  I can't make this up.

Also IAB is suppose to contact me in one year and never did under Ray Kelly, Charles Campisi and Bill Bratton and Mr. Reznick.

I told the officer who was very respectful polite and nice that "NYPD Collaboration program" by Mr Bratton and Ms Herman a failure as even more People do not trust the NYPD IAB. 

Kelly Campisi to Bratton Reznick, I have never received one letter re: status of my 2012 complaints or 2013 including the one against Campisi for allowing Vergona to retire.  

Now I caught IAB in a big fat lie pretending they addressed my case in Nov 2012 when Bill de Blasio than Public Advocate and I were told a different story. 

I told the Federal Judge they lied to us fixed the case case closed.  

I want letters from IAB stating case closed and today's complaint number against Mr Bratton Mr Reznick and Chief Dowd will be the basis of a monster lawsuit alleging retaliation against me for being a whistle blower on Rudin NYPD retired commander trying to fix a ticket to FirstNet to 911 tech corruption. 

I am trying to find out if Mr Dowd took gifts like free hotel stays etc courtesy of FirstNet like he did with Verizon and more.  

When I get a letter or no letter 1 year from today I will file a notice of claim against the City and Mr Bratton etc. including NYPD IAB from my current lawsuit if possible.

NYPD Chief Reznick Office Ok with being reported to AG Public Integrity

NYPD Chief Reznick's office said either I transfer you to Hudson street IAB intake or yes go a head and report Mr Reznick. I made it clear IAB corruption and she agreed Mr Reznick would want to know but he learns thru reports via Hudson St. I said Hudson St useless and I prefer reporting Chief Reznick to AG Public Integrity.  She sad have a nice day.

NYPD Bill Bratton Chief Reznick Big Lawsuit Coming Their Way ?    After almost 2 years of calling up getting a status check on Det John Vergona coercing complaint and I an public advocate Bill de Blasio being told the case was open -- I told Judge Nathan the case was closed -- they are lying in my opinion and link other cases to my case -- Internal Affairs now says there was not complaint of coercion -- no police crime and that IAB forwarded the case to the Dept of Health Nov 22, 2012.  I was just told that for the first time in what is almost 2 years of calling so I was lied to and Bill De Basio Public Advocate and I caught IAB in an EVEN BIGGER CORRUPTION.

I was coerced and threatened...I was the victim of verbal violence by the NYPD specifically Det John Vergona.  I know for a fact Lt. Agnes got the case -- it was forwarded to him --- "the integrity bureau" He would not interview me even though IAB Sgt Decker stated he would and I was told by Lt Agnes assistants he has no supervisor.  He told IAB allegations unfounded and IAB let him retire.

CCRB also forwarded my cased to IAB alleging possible criminal activity by the NYPD and now I alleged IAB has gone back and cooked the books to cover-up coercion and IAB has committed a bigger crime!

The odds are very high I will be suing Bill Bratton and Chief Reznick but I am waiting for a letter from IAB which in almost 2 years has still yet to be delivered to me so I can file a claim of notice with the NYPD comptrollers office.

Public Advocate Bill de Blasio's rep sent me her report from IAB my case was open -- I have the FOIL  copy but now I found Internal Affairs has gone back and allegedly "cooked the books".  

I gave the IAB officer the complaint number Det John Vergona coerced me.  Almost 2 years later the books I allege have been cooked and now it says Nov 22, 2012 my allegations were forwarded to The Dept of Health.

Mayor de Blasio than Public Advocate rep called IAB and I have foiled reports from his office as well as my numerous calls and it is listed in my Federal Lawsuit that IAB stated the case if open.

I was suppose to get a letter from IAB who keeps linking my complaints to the first complaint.  

I have been lied to for a long time stating the case is open. Now a new lie.  

I said the complaint was I was coerced.  I asked for a supervisor and didn't get one.  I am on hold again. 

I told her I have a right to speak to a supervisor and a supervisor does not want to get on the phone for fear of being named in the lawsuit.

I leave a message stating the above --- plus I was to get a letter from IAB and I never got it -- as soon as I get a case closed letter I file a notice of claim.  I said it appears a supervisor does not want to get on the phone.  I will call back and than call Bill Bratton's office.

Calling again Internal Affairs no answer.

My thoughts -- 

We were told about a tale of two cities but the truth we are all still living in T2C!

KKK Ray Kelly like Dave Patterson gets an appointment from Gov. Patterson when neither of them should be working in public office either again.  Kelly gets a position at ABC and Patterson got wanted WOR and NYU.  Why do they get the appointments they do?  Hardee har har.  Not funny. It stinks. 

It wouldn't surprise me when the truth comes out about 911 and NYPD top brass taking gifts that Teflon Ray Kelly might end up going to jail like Kerik. 

My experience so far dealing with Bratton is literally nothing has changed and I have caught the new internal affairs Bureau also doing same thing that Kelly and his puppet Campisi was up to.

I am gearing up for a second lawsuit that will include Bratton and Kelly. I am waiting on the letter from internal affairs and as soon as I get it I'll be filing notice with the city but I will be soon.   

NYPD no new hires until we get a new psychological test -- way too much criminal activity and from top brass on down NYPD knowingly violating  Constitution threatening victims like my case caught Internal Affairs and someone in top top brass in my opinion is involved in my case fixing and favors for doctors office in my opinion. And I'm one of how many people that are a victim of this kind of fixing and favors as well as retaliation?

CCRB failed me and I just caught see CCRB yet again doing something shady. 

Commission to combat police corruption is an utter joke and farce who forwarded my emails to internal affairs who is in my opinion fixing for the doctors office and still is as involved in covering up for police corruption. 

We have a record number of cops breaking laws and we need a new commission into please corruption a new psychological valuation.

The NYPD prevented me from reporting an alleged HATE crime by the detective that was supposed to investigate my case Det John Vergona pre- lawsuit, also they prevented me from reporting the false cross-complaint - I have audio proof which contradicts what the New York Police Department's lawyer stated to me on the phone attempting to defend her client Sgt Chen.  I have audio of IAB Sgt Mary O'Donnell stating case closed.  FYI the case is open.  I have NYPD documents that prove Det Vergona and Lt Burgos lied about me.  Lt Burgos never even contacted me refuse to answer emails asking for batch number.

Lt Agnes never contacted me.  Reported my allegations unfounded and he is from "the integrity bureau.

In an absurd exchange that could've been out of a movie or sick, Mr. peters would not get on the phone with me but help the conversation via his secretary telling me I had a report 911 Tech Corruption to Internal affairs.

I decided to audiotape two voicemails to Mr. Peters one informing him about Mr Bratton and Mr Dowd hosted a board meeting for  FirstNet at one police Plaza have not heard back from Mr. peters or anyone at Dept investigation. Reminder my blog exclusively reported Mike Bloomberg and Christine Quinn received emails from a whistleblower re HP and 911 in 2008.  

Mayor Bloomberg forwarded the email to DOI and than continued pushing HP like he did SAIC.  DOI turned away whistleblowers on CityTime and 911. DOI said whistleblowers allegations unfounded despite overwhelming proof.  Later John Liu's audit would validate whistle blower and therefore proved DOI covered up for HP.   Ask Mike Bloomberg who appointed HP biggies to NY Pension board and gave HP the 911 contract when HP had no 911 tech experience like Chief Dowd!!!!

Mark Peters blew me off in 2014 but heard on the street Dept of Investigation had a serious case of déjà vu and this time anonymously was sent the same intel from 2008.  

In 2009 DOI lawyers met with the whistleblower and this is under Rose Gill Hearn and despite overwhelming evidence said allegations unfounded. 

Reality John Liu's audit, Paul Cosgrove, and another tip this blog received all verify the whistleblower was in fact telling the truth.  

NYPD creative policing from the same (I allege corrupt) Detective squad that threatened me after my eye damaged at attack at Dr Andrew Fagelman's at 155 Spring St and Cy Vance Manhattan DA who prevented me from directly reporting assault, false cross complaint after NYPD got creative with me threatening me etc. (NYPD threats and coercion)  I allege involved in silencing 2,whistle blowers on 911 using creative policing in both cases. 

  

The whistleblower contacted Preet Bharara years ago and he chose to protect Team Bloomberg like Bharara did on CityTime.  

I also learned the alleged HP crook that was overbilling from the beginning switched companies when HP lost the contract and secured another contract for company that is working on 911!!!!!

I bet this time he's not overbilling!!!! Or is he just a little.  

All this was done in plain sight and anyone who could do simple math knew.  

DOITT knew it for sure.  

911 when overbudget $1 billion so that there was a whole lot of stealing going on in my opinion; not just HP.

I suffer from exhaustion from this traumatic event.  Trying to write from iPhone and can't edit in 5 min. 

I wrote Mr Eure care of Mr Bratton's office and lodged a complaint Det John Vergona coerced me a crime and Internal Affairs allowed him to retire. I have 2 audios - 1 at the first precinct with the NYPD refusing to allow me to report Delita Hooks false cross complaint because I am told I am not a detective or from the DA. 2nd audio IAB Sgt Mary O'Donnell stating case closed refusing to listen to what I have to say.

IAB Sgt Mary O'Donnell promised  to mail back my notes I accidentally handed her.  She never mailed them back.  She had lead me to believe the detective's name she gave me Dwyer was spelled Drier. She saw that on my notes and never corrected me and did not return the notes.  His name is Detective Andy Dwyer, Delita Hooks detective never even contacted me.  The lies go on and on and I was told by the NYPD's lawyer the NYPD sealed my attacker false cross-complaint in under a year.  I allege he did that to protect her and themselves since they committed the crime of coercion and fixing a crime.  

Det Vergona refused to meet me repeatedly he's never met me but in his DD5 dates I didn't want to meet him which is not true. 

I got three police reports and het false cross-complaint aka lies (in my opinion) and posted them up on scribd.com.  The video posted below proves lies and the doctors office to the NYPD an internal affairs I was treated like a Jew in the early stages of Nazi Germany.

Delita Hooks violated my patient rights and my body and corrupt cops were like ha ha you got what u deserved like an extend hate crime from the MD's to One Police Plaza.  Ray Kelly is on record defending Det Vergona who said I don't care if you have two black eyes.  You are gong to drop the charges or I am going to arrest you!

He decided I had to wait until Saturday 4 o'clock to be false arrested.   I asked arrested the Jew on the Sabbath are you anti-Semitic?

Why do I have to wait for days to be false arrested?

No answers and Ray Kelly and gang says serve Det Vergona at 1 Police Plaza after the judge instructed the city to help me to serve the retired detective since I couldn't locate him.

Below the attack which permanently damaged my left eye and created floaters in both eyes and damaged my cervical spine. I was a medical patient my arm numb from injections hold 2 bags one with an iPad and my phone as Delita Hooks came out from a long closed off reception desk to continue violating my patient rights she provoked me to get help when I couldn't get help she provoked me to video tape/ document her verbal assault and gestures and she repeatedly violated my body. The NYPD did her employer Dr Andrew Fagelman 155 Spring St a favor since he did not fire her. I sent an private investigator to ask if he spoke to the NYPD and he said no comment. He did comment he's never met me and I'm not his patient. He and the women in the video never apologized to me. I am told I was lied about and blamed. I have deleted (Delita) hooks false cross-complaint. I was read the letter she sign stating if I ever come back and file assault charges again she will file another cross-complaint. That would be too (2) false cross complaints that apparently she's confident the NYPD will help her out with rather than bring to the Manhattan DA.

The mayors office forwarded my email about 911 tech corruption and NYC Pensions to Mr Eure as well. In my lawsuit against the city the NYPD and internal affairs I stayed in part but was done to me was retaliation for being a whistleblower including 911 (HP, etc.)
